I stayed here before an early morning meeting. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and warm. With everything you need for a comfortable stay. And some very pleasant extras like heated floor in the bathroom. Great location 5 minutes from the station, supermarkets and places to eat. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Poor value for money
A reasonably clean place and clear instructions.
Priced WAY too high for the standard of accommodation and area.
Although painted and clean, this feels like a lodging house in a run down area.
The number of rules and instructions is way too many and clearly the owner does not trust the guests. There were 17 different notices in my small room.
The price is the same as four star Heathrow hotels and is far from the standards of those places.
It’s ok overall, just should be 50% cheaper than it is.

Twickenham Stay
The pre-stay contact and recpetion couldnt have been better.
The room was okay, the shower could have been better.
Location for Twickenham was spot on. Will definitely stay again

I would stay here again
I loved this room. The set up was perfect for my family of 3 and the staff could not have been more helpful. The only thing I would suggest is that they would have summer weight comforters and softer pillows. The beds were comfortable and the room was large and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay 5/5
It was a fantastic stay, i was able to check in early which was lovely and they do offer to hold luggage in case i wasnt able to check in early.
The AC in the room was also a nice touch and that was good
