Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.

The welcome i received from reception,at checkin was very warm and friendly.The hotel is spotlessly clean with a good restaurant and bar.Any queries i had,were dealt with by the reception staff.My room was excellent,i was in 815,very comfortable,with a good new shower unit.I slept very well each night.It was good also to see security patrolling the room corridors at night.All in all a very good experience.

Shambolic evening meal - made Fawlty Towers look slick, and professional!! No wonder I ended with a dodgy stomach the next day! Lack of air conditioning in room, not good with very hot summer temperatures

The hotel was amazing n so the staff had a warm welcome by natasia at the reception all went good with the smile and lovely soft talks I had a great time at my stay
