"After being double booked at the nearby IBIS we arrived at midnight to the Bauer Hotel to be met by the wonderful Kris who arranged a room for us and ensured that the morning reception staff would try to find us a room for second night. We were attending Adele concert so most hotels around were booked. Special shout to Kris, Julia and Stelian form the giving is best guest experience and for allowing us to stay at really reasonable rates when they could have charged more. The hotel ran a free shuttle bus to the concert and the hotel owner was using her own car to transport guests to the concert also. Breakfast, which was included was delicious. It is rare to find a hotel like this one where the guest experience and customer care is second to none. We had a wonderful time. Don’t stay anywhere else 🥰"
