"This hotel sucks! We payed 10.000 Danish Kroner for this! We booked a sea view room, you know what we got? A room that didn't have windows, but had a balcony.... THAT FACED THE ROAD. They said it was free housekeeping and towels. Which ended up cossting us 5 Euros each! The pool was dirty and never cleaned. They don't even have AC. Which costs 15 Euros a day! Not at all like the pictures. They don't have check-in, which is in the other hotel. No breakfast and no dinner. And the room was very dirty! When we entered there was a pair of underwear on the floor in the bathroom. How bad can this get! And a really bad and unsafe bus will pick you up to go to the airport. Not at all like the pictures! I don't get how this has a 3.5 rating. So MAD I used my summer break on this BS!"

"Stayed here for the 1st time April 26th for 1 week really great location and hotel. Rooms where really clean and comfy beds. We had a really good view of the sea from our side room on the balcony. Food was ok and plenty to choose from. Cant say I had a bad meal there although can be repetitive like most AI Hotels. Hotel grounds where kept really clean and plenty of sun loungers around. Pools looked clean, never went in though as was too cold brrr! Staff where really friendly. Outside the ground there is not much to do, quite a sleepy little village, this was just a pure chill out holiday for me and the hubby. Only downside to the hotel, was the 2 person lift for the amount of people there. Not a major issue but if they got the spends may be add another lift. All in all a good all round exerience."

"Just there for food, not staying in the hotel - started off well, good food - a wee hiccup with the order but we didn’t mind that at all as that’s easily done. Following delivery of our main course we became invisible - no drinks, no service, zero manners from the staff. We sat with empty main course plates for 45 minutes, unable to get further drinks or a dessert. When we finally got someone she was incredibly rude and STILL did not bring dessert menus. She was obviously just keen to tidy up and go home. We gave up, paid and left as she laughed with her colleagues. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on the service alone. Everywhere else in Portocolom was incredibly welcoming as well as having great food. This was our experience- you might have a better one with nicer servers, the food was good so this was really disappointing and put a downer on our evening."

"Facilities are okay, could be better as old. Friendly service from reception, restaurant and overall. Tennis courts good but mostly outside and 2 tents without air conditioning. Tennis Trainer (head coach) not good at all, young and not experienced as a trainer. Needs to learn how interact with clients. Other trainers there were good. "

"It was overall a very nice stay until the last day. For some reason my bed sheet wasn’t changed since I spotted a stain I saw the day before and my hair was still on the bed. It looked like the housekeeper only made the bed without changing the bed sheets. Also my toilet wasn’t cleaned either and it started to smell really bad after the day 2. There is no way of contacting the reception desk from the room and it is way too inconvenient as the building I was staying was 1 min walk from the main building and there was no elevator. The reception desk ladies were super friendly and helpful though. Swimming pool, bar and breakfast were quite nice and hotel is located right in front of the sea so I could definitely enjoy the view from the balcony. I do recommend it but just be needy and get your rooms cleaned properly 🤣"

"Olemme juuri matkalla kotiin yhdeksän hämmästyttävää yötä Marsenses Ferra Blanca Family. Olemme jääneet sviitissä, joka oli hyvä koko, 2 kaksivuode ja kaksi sohva vuode. Ilmastointi oli kunnollinen, joten emme koskaan joutuneet kääntämään sitä maksimiin. Balkoni oli iso, vaikka se oli liian kuuma istua sitä useimmissa päivinä! Buffet oli loistava. Oli aina hyvä valikoima ruokaa, ja jopa sirut, pizza, ja pasta kiimaisia syöjiä. Oli myös snack-baari 11.30 jälkeen, jossa voit saada hamburgereita, kanannukkeja jne. Jääkerrokset olivat apua itse, joten voit vain napata yhden, kun olet fantioitu. AI-juomat olivat myös hyviä. Hyvää valikoimaa cocktaileja ja ne olivat hyvin vahvoja! Hugo Spritz ja Passionfruit Mojito olivat minun henkilökohtaisia suosikkini. Se oli vain lyhyt kävely muihin bats ja ravintoloita, ja sitten Cala D'Or ja satama on vain 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Cala Ferrera Beach on kaunis. Meri oli melko tyhjä, joten lasten mennä sisään. Kaikki rannat Cala D'Or ovat kauniita pieniä kuppeja. Mutta ehdottoman paras asia hotellista on henkilöstö. George vastaanotto oli absoluuttinen legenda. Järjestimme matkamme yllättääkseen jotkut ystävät, jotka olivat jo varanneet jäädä tänne, ja George auttoi heitä pysäyttämään, kun he tulivat sisään, jotta hän voisi löytää meidät auttaa yllätyksestä. Animation joukkue todella tekee sen. Ali ja Armandilla oli suuri energia viihdettä aikuisille ja lapsille, mutta kukaan ei koskaan ollut kiireinen saada ihmisiä osallistumaan toimiin, jos et löydä halua. Heillä oli arkki, darts, volleyball, ping pong, aqua zumba .... Se oli meidän 2. vierailu ja niin monet muut perheet olivat ennen. On syy, miksi heillä on niin monta palaava vieraita."

"Tämä on niin kaunis, kylmä ulos hotelli ja suuri sijainti. Lähikauppojen ja baareiden ja 5 minuutin kävelymatkan hämmästyttävä Cala Ferrera Beach. Huoneeni oli valtava, erittäin mukava vuode ja suuri näköala myös parveke, tuntui hyvin onnekas. Tämä hotelli on erityisen erikoinen, koska henkilöstö on kaunis - heti kun me saimme sisään ja lähdimme. Toivon, että johto tunnustaa, mitä heillä on täällä, koska tämä on yksi syy, miksi palaamme. Uima-alalla oli hyvin kylmä, suuri juoma baarilta ja koskaan kysymys saada auringon sängyssä. Ainoa negatiivinen minulla on jo mainittu aiemmissa arvioinneissa - kysymys kasvisruoasta. Joskus ei ollut asianmukaista kasvisvaihtoa, kaikki oli lihaa siinä, joka oli hieman pettymys, kun oli niin paljon lihaa jo. Myös kaikkia työkaluja oli käytetty kaikkien ruoan, lihan, kalan ja perunan, joka oli ongelma minulle ja kaikille uskonnollisten arvojen tai allergioiden kanssa. Mutta minä muodostuin salaatteja ja juustoa, joka oli hyvä. Vihaan kirjoittaa mitään negatiivisia todella, koska tämä on todella hyvin erityinen hotelli ja rakastan jäädä tänne. Tulevaisuudessa varmasti palata, jos ajattelet varata sitten tehdä, se on vain kaunis."

It was wonderful to watch the checky sparrows at breakfast and see the fly past of the swallows in evening. Our room was beautifully cool and cleaned daily and we had a spoiling time. Would recommend for those who want peace and a restful time!"

Huoneita on tilava, varustettu kaiken tarvitsemasi loma. Näytä on fantastinen. Pelkäsimme ensin, että uima-allas on liian pieni, mutta se on täydellinen koko riittävän loungeita kaikille. Kaunis ranta kävelymatka, leipomo + Spa tarpeiden ovat hyvin lähellä. Kaunis ravintoloita naapurissa ja satamassa - kestää muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan siellä. Martina vastaanotto super mukava ja apua. Yleensä - emme voi suositella tätä paikkaa tarpeeksi. Tämä hotelli on kivi."

Voin vain puhua, kun löydän ja en ole koskaan ollut ongelmia tämän hotellin ...täsiksi olemme olleet 12 kertaa vuosien, kaksi kertaa vuodessa useimmiten. Kaikki ongelmat voit Aline on loistava ja aina tekee hänen parhaansa auttaa ratkaisemaan ne. Se on super puhdas, rento ja suuri valikoima ruokaa erikoisvalikko myös, et voi mennä väärin. Emme ole koskaan kokeneet mitään ongelmia aurinkosotasotien ja on käytettävissä uima-allas pyyhkeitä ilmaiseksi. Hotelli on aina ollut mukava, mutta se on parantunut niin paljon vuosien aikana ja suosittelen sitä kauniisti kylmä loma 😊."
