Mount Rose Hotel was highly recommended on TripAdvisor. It was located very convenient to the crown complex which we watched a concert at. On arrival we were checked in promptly. Staff was courteous. The room was located on the first floor. This hotel appears to be a previous chain hotel, which was repurposed and a family owned hotel, and it was done very nicely. There are some updates to the rooms which appeared very nice. We were provided with towels. There is a hairdryer available as well. The bed is very springy. Pillows are about the same as any other hotel you would stay at. We would stay here again, as prices were very reasonable.

This hotel is on the I 95 business spur in Fayetteville. NOT on 95. That isn't made clear on **********. The front desk closes at midnight so no arrivals after that but they did call to let me know. It's older than appears in photos. Bed was comfortable enough. Seemed clean enough and was less expensive than highway hotels. No free breakfast but free coffee in lobby got me out the door. Waffle House across the street if that matters and easily filled up car at nearby station. Not stellar but I survived.

+ Excellent accueil! Chambre impeccable au niveau de la propreté! Système d’air comditionné et de chauffage très silencieux. - Actuellement, aucune possibilité de déjeuner sur place; c’est une option qui devrait être examinée. Pas de boîte de papier-mouchoir dans la chambre.

Just passing through and found this gem for the night. I really appreciate how well maintained and clean this hotel is! The staff were all friendly and helpful too. The immediate area is nothing to look at, but we drove just a couple minutes and wandered around the downtown area…and then back to our clean and quiet hotel!

Hotel service is very poor, not healthy to stay. Owner customer service is very aggressive & violent in language towards elder customer. After booking they don’t give confirmation of booking and cancel without call
