Master Bedroom: Extra large room with sitting area, king sized bed, private bathroom, large closet. Additional Bedrooms: King bed in one room, two queen beds in the other, both have in suite bathrooms. 4th bedroom/office: There is a trundle bed with 2 twin beds. Brand new mattresses. Extra guests up to 8 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit. - No smoking - NO Pets allowed at all - No events, parties, or large gatherings. - Must be at least 23 years old to book - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company".
