"We stayed here for 4 nights in one of their suites. The hotel is beautiful and amazingly well kept. The food is also excellent however the service really let this hotel down. The staff wasn’t very warm or attentive. The service in the restaurant was very very slow (took 25 minutes to get a drinks menu). We spent a lot of money at this hotel and have been to lots of hotels in Italy and if the service was to be improved then this review would be a 5 star."

"Stylish renovated property with beautifully planted grounds. There are various little seating areas dotted around the property. It really is a very thoughtfully designed hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The lady organising breakfast, Tonia, was so kind and welcoming. Pros: the stylish design, cleanliness, professional staff, comfortable quiet room, super shower/hammam, delicious breakfast, garden planting, quiet location. Cons: the pool was very cold, no dinner restaurant in the hotel and a trek to find one by car."

"Absolutely gorgeous place! We were delayed getting into Bari and collecting car etc., but had no trouble whatsoever finding the place on Google Maps. The gated driveway and entrance is very impressive, even very late at night! We didn't arrive until around 23:30 and had no problem getting a couple drinks in before bed that night! It has a very boutique feel about it, though is extremely spacious, with beautiful surroundings and very well equipped accommodations. We had a 2 bed house and a 1 bed house, both had great amenities, including and iron and board (I did enquire prior and was advised no iron, so bought my travel one, but was pleased to see one there in each accommodation!). Outdoor seating and sun loungers were provided in our 2 bed property. All of the staff we encountered were lovely and sadly on our 2nd night we had to call the emergency medic out to one of our group. This was handled very well and although I had to make good use of Google Translate, the night manager communicated great via this platform and we had help out with no fuss and in around 20 mins an ambulance was at the property. Location is great to base yourself when visiting beautiful Puglia, and we also had a meal and drinks at the stunning 5 star Borgo Egnazia - literally a 5 min drive away - what a place that is!!! My only gripe is the cost to use the spa facilities - €40. Bit steep really and should be included in the price of the room. Understand that a booking might need to be made but to charge for this is unusual in my opinion. If this was an included benefit, I am sure more guests might book treatments. By charging to use the sauna etc., it keeps some guests away so they wouldn't even see these facilties or considering booking a massage maybe? Anyway, did not detract from a wonderful stay, albeit short! (BA cancelled our outbound so we arrived a day late!)."

Esimerkiksi, jos haluat muokata sijaintia mukava auringonpaisteena uima-allashenkilökunta tulee heti siirtää sen sinulle. Vieraiden suhteiden tiimi järjesti kaksi ohjattua matkaa meille, ja järjesti vuokra-auton kolmeksi päiväksi, jotta voimme ajaa itsemme joillekin kauniista "valkoisista kaupungeista" Itrian Valley. Ei mitään ollut liian vaikeaa. Erityislomalle et tule pettymään - varaa se!"

"Meillä oli todella hauskaa viikolla oleskella tässä hotellissa, matkalla Newmarket Holidays. Hotelli on melko suuri – tarpeeksi helposti majoittamaan kolme ryhmää koko meidän (50) samaan aikaan. Ei matto näkyvissä – kaikki keraamiset laatat. Huone on täysin hieno, spotlessly puhdas ja huolehtii joka päivä “huoneen neitot”. Koko hotelli on suojaton, ja päivällisellä ei ole suosittuja kansainvälisiä italialaisia ruokaklichéja; se on kaikki paikalliset muodot pastaa, alueellisia reseptejä ja paikallisia tuotteita. Ruokahuoneella oli erityisjärjestelyt juhlimme. Sinun al istuu pöydässä 2, ja siellä olet koko viikon. Aamiaisen joka päivä on asetettu ruokavalio pöydälle ja teet valintoja kahdesta vaihtoehdosta sinä iltana. On 4 kursseja. Esimerkiksi ensimmäisellä iltalla aloitimme apuasi salaatilla, jossa oli leivänmurskattuja palloja; sitten oli saffron-riisi (joka maistui hieman kuin riisipudding); bombette – rullattu sika “capocollo” (hieman kuiva, eikä todella kuori); ja tuoreita hedelmiä. Jotkut meidän juhlissa oli ongelmia vastaanottolaudalla, mutta meillä ei ollut mitään. Se on noin 15-minute kävely hiekan pitkin pieni kylä Torre Canne, mutta ei ole paljon tehdä siellä; se on vain tulossa turisti puhkeaa."

"My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately negative. The dishes I ordered were poorly executed and the seasonings poorly balanced. The presentation also left much to be desired, as if it had been hastily prepared. Given this quality, the prices were surprisingly high, completely out of proportion to the actual value of the dishes. It's a shame, because the ambiance has potential, but the cuisine and value for money definitely need updating."
