I would like to commend the hotel staff, especially Mr. Jems, for their exceptional kindness, professionalism and willingness to help. If there were more people like him, the world would be a better place! Jems, thank you very much again from the bottom of my heart! Traveler from Croatia. The hotel is also nice.

The location was convenient. The rooms were hot and only had a small fan, in the family rooms. Bed was not as comfy as I would have wanted. I booked 2 family rooms for 2 nights, but when I checked in I was told one of the rooms was only paid for 1 night. So we had to book a room for another night. Came the next morning to checkout and checkin for the new room we were told that it was actually booked for 2 nights. So we had the 3rdfamily room.Instead of cancelling it we were going to use it. But the staff had given it to someone else and gave us a standard room with 2 single beds. Very disappointing how this was handled and how our rooms were changed and we weren't told what was done.

I use this hotel regularly for business. Standard Travelodge, on a busy road so keep windows closed. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Also, a really good spoons next door

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Travelodge for two nights, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Mr. Jems, who went above and beyond to assist me with the entire booking process. His professionalism and kindness made everything so much easier. Thank you, Jems, for your exceptional service! I can’t wait to return for another stay. Highly recommend this place! Feel free to modify it if you’d like to add or change anything! Amarjeet chauhan

Cchose this hotel because it was the cheapest .. didn't want the centre of town but the staff were so welcoming and caring (not over the top!). for a disabled guest Car park 3 minutes away round the corner ... intend coming again next year ... if the price is right Well satisfied

Room needs a refit and I was told they’re due one. Normal standard room with small but good enough shower/toilet room. The receptionist Claire and maintenance man Paul are very nice, and helpful. No on-site parking but Sainsbury’s right next door has 24 hour parking for £5.80 so that’s ok. There’s a spoons in the same building so that’s convenient 😁🍻

Nice hotel clean and tidy but the breakfast was poor and not value for money. Easy acess to the main town.
