Good property! had a great time here! pretty well maintained and staff was very polite and catered to all requests

They stay was a bad experience the hotel staff is only focusing on the wedding happening in hotel. They are behaving very badly with other guests my lunch was included in the package. In spite of that, they are not allowing the lunch to us i will not recommend to anyone

Pros: The room was comfortable and included a nice sit-out area. The reception staff were courteous, and the welcome goodies were a thoughtful touch for Elite members. The pool was well-maintained, and the 4 PM high tea was a delightful experience. Cons: The location is quite far from Delhi, which makes transportation challenging without a personal vehicle. The room initially lacked bath towels, and I had to request them twice. During breakfast, the restaurant staff seemed more focused on a group, leaving individual guests like us feeling overlooked. Additionally, the wardrobe light had to be removed as it wouldn’t turn off.

Here’s a thoughtful review you can use: I had the pleasure of being served by Akash, and I must say, he’s one of the best bartenders I’ve ever encountered. Not only did he craft the most amazing drinks with precision and creativity, but he was also an absolute delight to talk to. His friendly demeanor, great conversational skills, and passion for his craft truly elevated the experience. Akash made sure every drink was tailored perfectly to my preferences, and his recommendations were spot on. If you’re looking for a bartender who goes above and beyond, Akash is the one. Can’t wait to return for more of his incredible service and cocktails! Highly recommend!

This is called customer delight, absolute hospitality , was there to celebrate my 11 yr old birthday and everyone made sure we enjoy every single moment , thanks for cake and wine . beautiful property family and kids friendly, specially parents with toddlers rooms are specious High Tea with Tambola and games was so much fun best pool in NCR tasty meal with quick service live music in dinner and flute during breakfast defiantly will come back with our gang , special mention shruti at reception .

Booked 4 rooms on a lean day to enjoy the pre diwali party with the entire family which rather turned out to be a nightmare! To start with, the booking was done with breakfast and one major buffet meal included which staff was totally unaware of! Food quality was PATHETIC in the restaurant.. it was tasteless, flavourless and for some reason very high on salt. The restaurant team took over 3 hours to NOT fully serve our lunch. Staff in the restaurant was equally confused and lost throughout!!! Raised all the issues to the senior leadership of the hotel including the official booking partner (not mentioning names to respect privacy) who confirmed to get back but she never did till date! One of the senior directors of room called to check but that was even after wasting the entire day.. all in all, very clueless staff from top to bottom and NO ACCOUNTABILITY at all! The entire day one just went into discussions rather than enjoying the property! There's no point of shelling out soo much for such a property when there are so many better options available nearby!! Never expected this out of a Marriott resort!! Piece of advice: If you still want to book and stay, it's better to order lunch/dinner from a nearby local dhabas or KFC or barbeque nation than wasting money here on the food and poor hospitality! They may try to make up by offering complimentary food (which I clearly declined) cause what's bad, is bad! Not not not recommended at all ...!!
