Every single order they keep asking for immediate payment which is quite annoying, food is average, rooms are average too, i ve been told that i use mini baar later they accepted it is their mistake, nothing luxurious

Pros 1. Good connectivity and location with nearby metro and shopping malls. 2. Good breakfast items. Cons 1. It is describe as pool side view but actually you see slum area and garbage. 2. Room handed over with defects e. G, toilet flush not working, bathtub drain blocked, dustbin not working, torn and hanging curtain. 3. You will have to beg daily for toiletries as they are not fully replaced after room service. 4. Staff at reception is jusk ok not very impressive.

Staff was not cooperative at all and the room was also not clean as we expect from radisson so plz improve

The location is good, and the room service too. The reception is okay, asked for a king bed but denied and provided only twin beds
