Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the hamlet Canneto 10 km from the centre of Passo Corese, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 1 ha (fenced), garden 1 ha (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. A beautiful spot with maximum privacy and complete silence, day and night. Well equipped and everything is taken care off. One must is that you do need your own transport on site for shopping and going out. Walking is not an option. Having said that, i

We were positively surprised by the quiet location of the place, the large, charming yard for our own use and two separate, very beautiful houses (great for two couples).
