Motel 6 Fallon, NV

This is a great place to stop if you are travelling along Americas Loneliest Road (Highway 50). The motel is very easy to find and parking is available right outside your room. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, and very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants in the town but not many are within walking distance.

The checkin was easy, friendly check in staff. Room looked nice when we walked in. It looked clean, but our feet were filthy just from walking to and from the bathroom. I was shocked at how dirty the floor was. I wonder when it was mopped last...

Absolutely all one needs for a good night's sleep. Super clean, friendly and helpful check-in. Air conditioning worked well to combat the heat outside. I have zero complaints. Much nicer than other Motel 6 experiences. These people are doing their very best.

No coffee machine; no shampoo; broken bathroom fan; noisy refrigerator. The bed is too hard and the pillows are all even harder. On the positive side, the room is clean and the young man at front desk is very nice. Far overpriced for the quality of the room. 3 stars is generous.

You can do a lot better in Fallon. Terrible communication with staff. Won't return calls or messages. This place is a dump. Not walkable to restaurants. Parking is okay. Parking seems to be safe. Not sure why this had to be 200 characters butt now it kids.

My coworker and I have been staying out here for work the past 5 weeks and I do have to say this motel 6 has been wonderful very clean place and taken care of everyday. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling through Fallon. The people running this place are very nice and helpful.

This place is clean with decent bedding etc. but it was really expensive for the room, there’s no breakfast, and we had really, really noisy people with children next door who were moving around furniture and banging on the walls until late in the evening - the walls are paper thin. If we’d have paid $60 to $70 it would have been okay, but we paid double that and so expected better.

Had not used Motel 6 in decades, but decided to give this one a try. Was surprised that it must have undergone an upgrade years ago since the old nasty carpets had been replaced with bright laminate flooring. This motel is right off the main road, but did not disturb sleep. The staff was nice and check-in without a reservation went well. The bed was actually good and pillows soft. TV was flat screen digital and had a reasonable number of stations. Bathroom was clean, but I experienced what others have mentioned. That thin curtain around the shower are worthless. I took care to make sure that the curtain was tucked inside the shower base, but to no avail, there was a large puddle of water on the floor and on the walls. I used the extra towels to wipe the floor and walls clean to help the motel and avoid warping. Caulking around the shower was not well done. This is a corporate and not a local issue. Overall, good place to stay overnight when traveling.

For a 2 star hotel, this one does everything right! Everything in the room was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and provided everything we asked for. No complaints. Prices are good. I recommend staying here if you're in the area.
