Bed bugs. Don’t stay. Room looked good. Got in bed started itching a little bit ignored it. Woke up to a bed bug on my mattress that I killed and left blood on the sheet. Never seen one before so I looked one up and yep that was what I had the pleasure of waking up to.

It was a Fantastic stay
No complaints. Stayed 3nights each day my room was fresh in up. Absolutely a great place to stay
They offer breakfast. I was visiting family so o didn’t get to enjoy their breakfast
Highly recommend. Definitely my go to place

Gateway Hotel for Rio Grande Valley
The Falfurrias staff were friendly and accommodating; the room was clean, and overall comfortable (below-window style HAVAC unit). The pool is tiny, and the hot tub actually a "cold tub," so wouldn't count on either as "amenities." For a place to stay to/from the Rio Grande Valley, a nice value.

Just fine stay.
It was fine. The bottom of the entry door is not weather strip insulated so a cricket and another bug partner made their way into my room over two nights. Overall a utilitarian hotel that is adequate for its purpose.
