room was nice, but there is communication gap between the staff.
like I had booked stay including breakfast, and one extra bed. I got that extra bed after 12 in the night, that too only because of makemytrip helpdesk intervention. next day when I went for breakfast, ***** with my family, I was sidelined stating I will first have to pay for breakfast. i already had paid. it took few minutes to confirm that my stay was booked with breakfast inclusive. I was only allowed to go after they corrected their mistake and by the time half of people just left without having much in breakfast. Outside of hotel there are options for streetfood which we went for but this was not expected from Avadh. ok top of it, after such bad experience all waiters and helpers whom we were seeing for the first time would not leave us without a good tip to them.
