The staff were very helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble.
Will definitely recommend this Exeter Premier Inn.

An ok hotel very near the train station. They were very short staffed just 2 staff running reception and the restaurant, also very strangely the staff told us not to have their baby cot as poor quality. Appreciate the honesty but would recommend this is sorted

Excellent stay in a contemporary room. We had an enjoyable night in this hotel and were very impressed with the new style room. The bathroom in particular was excellent with a huge walk in shower and everything felt clean and bright. As it was a Sunday night, we had booked it for an excellent price too. Breakfast was not a buffet style, presumably because it was a quiet night in the hotel but was enjoyable all the same.

As always this hotel ticks all the boxes. Comfort, cleanliness and service. Had one of the best nights sleep, with no disturbances in the best bed. Service from the staff not an issue here, friend polite and efficient. Joud was great on check-in.

The hotel is situated in Exeter's city center, offering easy access to local attractions such as the High Street, Exeter Cathedral, and the Quayside. PREMIERINN.COM Guests have also praised the on-site Thyme restaurant for its quality meals. AR.TRIVAGO.COM Overall, the Premier Inn Exeter City Centre is well-regarded for its comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and prime location in Exeter.

Travelling by train to go out for an evening in Exeter city centre, we have never stayed in a better situated hotel. It’s opposite Exeter St David’s station - less than a two minute level walk with wheely luggage. Getting into town to watch a film at the buzzy Phoenix Arts Centre followed by dinner at the excellent Harry’s restaurant took minutes. Getting back was as simple. It was the first time we’d stayed in a Premier Inn Plus room. The bed, of course, was super comfortable and there are nice design and other worthwhile upgrades. Breakfast was great value and served til eleven. The noon check out makes for a relaxed start to the day.

Great value for money and the room was excellent as always. The continental breakfast was good value and plentiful though perhaps it should have cold meats and cheeses also available. good to be able to mix and match as i wanted and go back as many times as needed.

Checked in 6pm, only 1 chef on offered evening meal at 8.45 , got to restaurant on time told 20 minute wait for order to be taken due to walkins. When food came one meal was tepid and dried as it appeared to be under hot lamp Heating in Premier Plus room not working -staff said they had to put in on in basement but wont activate the fan facility as people said it kept them awake. If staying for 2 days you can request room to be cleaned -did and still didn't happen - requested it to be done and fresh towels as only had one set and partner had to dry on my damp towel -manage apologised and agreed it would be -wasn't done and spare towels were wedged in the sink where there was a drip on the towels. public areas cold including restaurant, when we raised it thy said they could put the heating on if we wanted?? Breakfast buffet was tepid and dried up under hot lamps and had to ask for fresh to be provided all round a big miss for us
