"I am very disappointed. This hotel is not designed for couples and families but for mass tourist transit, and it is not all clean or welcoming. Our first night had five busloads of tourists, and everything was designed for quantity rather than quality. The coffee at breakfast could be better, a very bottom-range robusta bean. I had to order a pay-for coffee from the bar, which was only marginally better as I could not stand the bitterness of the breakfast coffee. The buffet breakfast is unappetising, the pancakes dry, the butter still frozen, little choice, etc. As for the rooms. There is no hot water jug nor spoon for me to prepare my carioca de lemaõ, which I drink for my health. Only water bottles were available at a hefty price. The beds were made the Asian way: no upper sheet, just a very thin duvet with a cover and while it is acceptable to some, it was a novelty to me. There were hygiene issues; the dispensers of hand sanitiser were all empty. The sauna and indoor pool shower areas stank of urine. (the hotel reception told us it was probably a faulty canalisation… but the toilets are a floor below the sauna, and maintenance should have closed the area for repairs!!!) The jacuzzi had vert de gris algae growth over its vents, people were wearing outdoor shoes around the indoor pool area, judging from looking at the dirt on the ground tiles, and no one supervised guests for safety or hygiene. It was so dirty. After that, I did not enter the pool for fear of catching something. It was a very frustrating experience, considering I chose to stay in that hotel for its indoor pool and sauna. Having worked and stayed in hotels worldwide, I thought I knew well what quality standard to expect from a 4-star hotel!!!!! I am fast revising my beliefs and expectations downward, as far as Evora Hotel is concerned!!! "

"Kaapelihuone viinitarhojen välillä Olemme Villa T1 ympäröi luonto. Katsoimme viinitarhoja ja maaseutupuolella. Talo oli varustettu kaiken tarpeellisen hyvää ruokaa ja hyvää yötä unta. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Aamiainen oli tarjoiltu päätalossa ja tuntui hyvin mukavalta. Poolit olivat kunnossa. "

Pari päivää ennen saapumista vaimoni teki hierontavarauksen. Uskoisit, että kun soitamme kylpylälle, - voisimme sanoa, että sisäpoolimme ja jacuzzimme ovat kunnostuksessa. Oikeudenmukainen turkkilainen sauna ja säännöllinen sauna ei ollut kunnostamisen, mutta se olisi pitänyt olla. Turkin sauna on pieniä laattoja putoavat ja makaa lattialla. On myös ruosteinen jäännös putki, jossa höyryä käytettiin ulos. Joten en ehdottomasti suosittele tätä hotellia spa-tilojen. Ei lähitulevaisuudessa ollenkaan. Tuotteet oli mukava ja hotelli on kuitenkin hyvässä sijainti."

"Actually this is a small inn, only 7 rooms and the property is not much workers. So actually the services are limited. For the room which is very natural and raw, as this is renovation from the horse farm from 1950, and have a small pool but not really clean. For the facilities are not many things to do , food is not bad . But the breakfast was so good, coz they cooked by order. Overall , I think the price is too high as this standard. I will not recommend in this price ."
