About this space Welcome to our Eugene home. We recently updated this 2-bedroom to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay for our guests. Located in the Bethel area, just walking distance from Peterson Park, 6 miles from Hayward Field, 9 miles to Riverbend Hospital, and 5 miles to the Eugene Airport. The space Single level home - 2bed-1bath 935 sq. ft. - Living Room - Smart TV -Seating for 6 -Primary bedroom w/King -2nd bedroom w/King -Queen air mattress in closet -Bathroom w/tub -Laundry room w/ washer/dryer -Fully stocked Kitchen - Dining room table - seating for 4 -Outside Patio w/furniture -Large unfenced backyard Guest access The entire unit and outside patio / yard. Great UO game weekend home. Very conveniently located about 15 minutes to Autzen or the school. We had a great time staying at this home. The beds were the best part. Almost didn’t get out of bed because they were so comfy. Love the minimalist feel of the entire home. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Experience This stay was a great experience. The home was super clean and organized. We loved using the fireplace in the living room, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only thing is that the home did smell a bit like cigarettes upon arrival. But overall, we would stay again!

Clean quiet stay in outer Eugene The house was quiet and clean. We did notice a musty smell but couldn’t tell where it came from. As the listing shows it’s about a 15 minute drive from UofO and downtown. It was comfortable for our two night stay.

Overly impressed We booked this for a weekend getaway and it was amazing!! The host was very communicative when it came to expectations and was available if anything came up. Kitchens was stocked as listed. The listing gave a great idea of what to expect and it didn't disappoint!! Highly recommend and we will be back!!
