The 505 Eugene

Our stay at 505 Eugene exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The location is unbeatable. It is close to downtown Eugene yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. It made it easy to explore local spots, parks, and restaurants, all within a short drive or walk. The space itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated small touches like quality toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy living area perfect for relaxing after a day out. Parking was provided even though it was a bit tricky to find at first. The check-in process was simple and hassle-free.

Always a great experience at the 505! Super clean and well provisioned with everything you need. They respond quickly to any concerns and give you all the info you need for checking in and out. The only draw back is the train whistles but they provide ear plugs.

This place was a nice surprise. It is in a convenient location with free parking. The apartment is creatively decorated and comfortable, including a full kitchen. There is occasional street/train noise, but a fan and earplugs are provided, if needed. We would stay there again.

I cannot recommend you stay here. The pros: I received excellent service via text message and email. For example, when I could not find the switch for the under cabinet lights before I went to bed, someone got back to me at nearly 10pm to tell me they were in an unlikely spot in the cabinet. (I had to get on a chair to turn the switch off.) Although they do not have any place for people to store luggage after checkout, I was given a one hour extension that allowed me to take a meeting downtown. The check-in process worked as described. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. This location is near a train that woke me every night at 2am, 4am, 5am etc. I am typically a heavy sleeper and this is not a train rumbling past — it is a horn repeatedly blasting at all hours of the night. I imagine the problem is made worse by broken window fastenings. (See attached photos.) There were dirty dishes in the cabinets with obvious food stains still on them. Every knob in the kitchen was loose. The ventilation system was incredibly loud. Overall, the quality was deeply unacceptable for $600/night. I want to be honest because I was very disappointed after reading so many positive reviews on this site.

Cute adorable place! Location was convenient. Parking could have been a little closer, but it was fine. Overall the place was cute and relaxing! The sofa bed was actually pretty comfortable! Definitely will use this venue again next time!

This is a terrific place in a very centrally located part of the city. The only issue we had was no ADA accessibility- at least none we could locate. It's a 24-stair walk up to the apartments and that's great if you are young, healthy and can lug a giant suitcase up 24 stairs. Being a skoch older and with major back issues, it was very taxing. Outside of that, everything about the place was great.
