Located on a quiet street in Euclid, Ohio, this charming second-floor newly renovated duplex offers a peaceful retreat just 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Perfect for couples or friends, the apartment is filled with natural light and equipped with everything you need to relax and unwind. Only two streets away from the local hospital, it's also ideal for traveling nurses. Enjoy easy access to a nearby park, beach, and all essential services, making this the perfect spot for both work and leisure. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with dedicated spaces for working, entertainment, and even yoga. The living room opens up to a screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying the warmer seasons. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and other essentials, offering everything you need for your stay. With two beautiful queen-sized bedrooms, central A/C, and the convenience of in-unit laundry, Be Cozy Getaway provides all the comfort and convenience you’re looking for. Please Note: Exterior Work in Progress To ensure the continued quality and upkeep of the property, there will be some exterior work being done during the day, Monday through Friday, for the next couple of weeks. While the work will be confined to daylight hours, we appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person, per night. • No parties or events allowed.• No pets are allowed on the property. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee. • No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee. • Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee. • Check-out is at 10 AM; if you check out late without prior approval, you will be charged $100 per hour. • Maximum of 4 guests. Additional, unapproved guests will be charged $100 per person, per night. • Please clean up after yourself. Excessive mess will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee. • Do not remove, cover, or tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, security cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, or any safety devices. You will be charged for any resulting damages and reinstallation costs. ★Appliances & Maintenance★ • Please use appliances responsibly.
