Customer service needs improvement.
The good: I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that this property offers both complimentary breakfast AND supper, and the supper menu was, for the most part, very good.
The not-so-good: The hot breakfast meat items were empty every morning when I went down to have breakfast. The staff were extremely slow to replenish them. My co-worker waited 45 minutes before giving up.
When I was ready to check out, nobody was at the front desk. As per the instructions on the sign, I rang the bell.l and waited. After ringing and waiting three times with no response, I left a note saying what had happened and when I would return. While the staff member did apologize for the earlier non-response, had I been in a hurry or late for work, it would have been a major problem.
