Ikos Andalusia

We are totally blown away by our experience at ikos Andalusia. It started with meeting our personal liaison Manuel. He looked after every whim and delivered on every request. As lifelong regulars of the Four Seasons in Limassol we didn’t think anything could be better but we were wrong. The hotel itself is out of this world. It’s modern, beautiful and so cleverly laid out. There are so many pools to choose from and top quality sun beds and plenty of space between so we never felt crowded. You could move from pool to pool if you wanted and always find free sun beds so importantly there is no stress or need to get up early. You’d have to have iron clad self control not to go home several kilos heavier because the service is so friendly and attentive. Whether it was wine, cocktails or Tattinger champagne, our glasses were never empty as drinks were either refilled or replaced constantly before they were empty. Our favourite restaurant is the Anaya which is a memorable experience not to be missed and every bit as good as its reputation. We were made to feel very special by Angela and Nathaniel. And it’s hard not to keep returning to the Buffet restaurant where you can eat quickly or make it last for hours. The range and choice of meats and vegetables in delicious sauces are different every night and deserts that are so artistic that there’s always someone videoing the selection. It was never packed, always felt relaxed and we loved being looked after by the wonderful Francisco and Sofia. The friendly buffet manager Razvan is doing a great job. We recommend trying all the restaurants even if just for lunch but like others we spoke to, we don’t recommend the Seasons restaurant as neither the food or the sterile service was up to the standards set elsewhere. It doesn’t detract from what has been a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to return next year.

Dankzij de inzet van het volledige team ben je hier geen klant maar "Special Guest" Organisatie, service en all-in formule zijn van top niveau! Reeds derde keer verbleven en gaan zeker terug. Onze dank aan het hele team maar vooral aan Pilar Artacho (Duty Manager) voor haar zeer gewaardeerde dienstverlening, Darko/Flavors en beach restaurant voor de vriendelijke en bijzondere aandacht en Sofia in Flavors.

We have just returned from a week break at Ikos Andalusia as a family. The place was incredible from arrival to departure. I don’t think I could write a review that justifies how good this place is. Every meal and drink we had was great, even the buffet is brilliant with a wine list provided. The quality of the food at each place was so good, the staff don’t hesitate to make sure you have what you need. The service was impeccable at every turn. Lia welcomed us and set the standard after we had a terrible journey and turned our first day from bad to great. We had a drink within minutes and she also arranged for us to have an upgraded room. This really made our trip as the extra space in the room was great with our little one. We were given a complimentary Tesla to explore - we visited Ronda & Setenil de las Bodegas. Both worth the visit if you like driving through the hills. We also got the complimentary bikes with baby seat and cycled to estepona. An easy cycle along the seafront path. I have seen reviews of some complaining about kids. This is a family hotel and there are plenty of places to go if you want quieter times, the staff even sit families away from couples to accommodate this and the bars are quiet later on with minimal children present. It’s perfect for both those with and without children. We would return in a heartbeat and hope to do so soon!

Staff exceptional, food and range of drinks exceptional but when did ikos become a posh butlins far far far too many children with parents finding it acceptable for poor little tarquin to run ruly without his tablet or favourite comfort blanket. Had a lovely stay but ikos you are in danger of ruinning an absolutely perfect business into something that is spoilt by too many children. Lobby and main bars should be adult friendly not children friendly. We are going to dassia bay next month and if it is the same I will seriously consider other holiday resorts. Please take this on board as many other patrons feel similar. I must stress that your staff still remain utterly fantastic. DON'T SPOIL WHAT YOU HAVE WORKED SO HARD TO ACHIEVE

Отель весьма большой. Изначально комнату дали в основном здании, очень очень неудачную. После переговоров, нас переселили в клубную комнату. Уборка была лучше, вода в стекле; больше привилегиями мы не пользовались. В целом, понравилось, но есть недочеты. Не лакшери ресорт)))

We had a truly wonderful stay at Ikos Andalusia – everything was perfect from start to finish. The resort is stunning, the service is exceptional, and the attention to detail is second to none. A special thank you to Duty Manager Pilar, whose warmth, professionalism, and care made our experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and truly valued.
