On a passé un très bon séjour Au vue des commentaires on avait une appréhension mais non Tout le monde est agréable et du moment que vous avez google traduction aucuns problèmes pour se comprendre Buffet au top agréable de pouvoir manger dehors avec vue sur la mer La mer à côté en descendant des escaliers depuis l hotel il est très bien situé oui il a besoin de quelques rénovations mais c est un immense hôtel l essentiel est qu ils le tiennent propre Et c'est le cas oui pas de français dans l' établissement mais on ne s'est pas senti à l' écart on a pu faire des excursions en français Cela restera un très beau souvenir

Brak opieki medycznej brak ochrony. Właściciel chotelu oszczędza na wszystkim. Brak informacji jeśli chodzi o wycieczki. Bardzo dużo karaluchów. Obsługa spoko ale jak zgłaszasz problem to zamiatają to pod dywan. No i ten angielski jest tragiczny!!!!!!!

The hotel is okay! just run down would have a lot of potential although no security. not in our room but heard from others ants in the room and was over pillows and witnessed 2 fights. no customer service and some rude staff and same food ever day

Perfect hotel for families, my girls really enjoy staying here. Food - very small selection of food and no kids menu. Cleanliness - high chairs always dirty, rooms are cleaned every day, pool area is always clean. Lifts usually one or two not working so not ideal with a stroller Love the view through our balcony loads of terraces with ocean view. Hotel needs a lot of maintenance but always trying to see good instead of bad. Staff is very nice and yes hotel is in the middle of nowhere but there is busses that takes you to oasis zoo there is car rental in a hotel approx 65 euros a day. Really can’t complain but basic things like highchairs needs to be sorted as most of them doesn’t have safety harness as well. Hotel is on the beach so u can enjoy evening walks or spend a day there. There are a lot to of steps but nothing impossible

When reading the reviews I was hesitant at what to expect. I found the location and the views from the hotel absolutely beautiful. The beach was very close with steps down that was really lovely and we swimmed in the sea most days. The hotel itself needs a lot of work. Our room was clean and sufficient for our stay, unfortunately the last day the shower door dropped and smashed all over the bathroom with glass everywhere. I went to reception but was told there wasn't anything they could do as it was quite late. I requested a broom so I could clear the area so we could use the toilet. I was disappointed that no apology or even asking if we were ok as if we would have been in there it would have resulted in a bad injury. That said the staff at the hotel were all very nice. The animation team were fabulous. The food was good mostly all week. The pool area needs cleaning daily, this doesn't seem to happen and would help a lot. The near by town is great with good restaurants. We met some lovely people and everyone was friendly so as a family we felt safe. Please invest in this hotel to bring it back to its former glory as it really is a breathtaking location.

Lovely Staff with an amazing beautiful beach on its door step. The buffet is great and if you can't be bothered to get changed for lunch you can have a meal on the swimming pool bar. It's not as big as the main restaurant but descent. Room very clean and spacious
