Harika bir konumda, temiz ve uygun fiyatlı bir konaklama yaptık. Tarihi odunpazarı ve çarşı merkez bölgesine yürüyerek çok yakın. 5-10 dakika yürüyerek heryere gezebilirsiniz. Gece geç saatlerde güvenle otelinize geri yürüyebilirsiniz.

ATTENTION!!!!! The rooms are unmaintained, shabby, and unclean. The toilet bowl in the bathroom was not working. I was forced to use the shared toilet at the reception two floors below me. After fixing the problem, it stopped working again the next morning! During the stay, the rooms were not cleaned by the staff! Odors from the hotel's kitchen were coming into the room through the ventilation. On top of everything, I was charged twice for the stay - once on my credit card for the reservation made through Booking and separately I was asked to pay at the reception without being issued an invoice. Upon leaving the hotel, I requested a refund for one of the amounts of 231.67 EUR. They told me they would check and refund it. As of now, almost two months later, the overcharged amount has not been refunded. They do not respond to messages asking for assistance. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location with lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Our room was large with large bathroom. Hotel has free street parking out the front. The only issue was that it is a pet friendly hotel and the chair in the room wreaked of urine. We paid cash for the room when we left then mysteriously I got a message to say my booking was cancelled.

Otel çevresi oldukça sakin ve temiz bir yerdeydi, çevresinde eminiyet müdürlüğü, valilik vs. gibi yerlerin olması insana güven veriyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve sıcak kanlılardı herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık, sadece odalar tam olarak dip köşe temizlenmiyor sanırım buda gelecek kişinin temizlik algısına göre problem olabilir yada olmaz size kalmış, ve bence en büyük sorun duvarların ses geçiriyor oluşu, koridorlarda konuşulanlar, diğer odada yapılan telefon konusmaları her şey duyuluyordu.
