Absolutely amazing place ! The most genuine welcome I have ever received from a hotel. The staff, and that’s everyone from reception, restaurant, bar staff, housekeepers, kitchen team and maintenance team made a point of speaking to the guests and smiling all the time no matter how many times they saw you during the day. Bedrooms are amazing, food was very good and varied every day with lots of items cooked to order ie steaks, seafood or omelettes for breakfast, with a mixture of local and international food to suit all tastes. The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean, the swimming pool is sparkling with comfortable loungers that are spacious and you never feel crowded. The hotel is blessed with an exceptional team who seamlessly flow from one language to another speaking to the guests. We celebrated our anniversary with a complimentary bottom of champagne in the mini bar on arrival, our room had a balcony overlooking the sea and sitting watching the horses on the beach, or sunset at the end of the day has been truly magical. The Malibu Cafe next to the hotel offers really good food a short walk from the hotel and overlooking the beach. We hired a car for a few days to explore the island and the price was extremely reasonable, plus you get a discount through the hotel, they arranged a taxi to take us to pick up the car and then again to return when we dropped it off. Car parking on site was immediately arranged. Nothing is too much for the hotel, and everything is within a short walk, drive or bus away. Thank you, for looking after us, we will definitely see you again.

Habitación con vistas personal perfecto! Los chicos de recepción un amor. Súper atentos y muy simpáticos. Te ayudan con todo lo que deseas y hacen que la estancia sea increíble. La habitación con vistas al mar es una pasada es como ver un cuadro cada vez que miras x la ventana.

Un très bel hôtel ! Moins bien pour le SPA Un très bel hôtel très propre, le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres. La.salle.de bain également. Literie de qualité. Nous avions pris une chambre vue sur mer : un bonheur la vue est fabuleuse ! Le balcon est aussi très bien, pratique et simpa et bien Équipé pour s'y détendre au soleil. La piscine, le bar face mer, la plage tout prêt fait de cet hôtel une pépite ! Seul hic et c'est vraiment dommage : le SPA de l'hôtel (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) sont vieux trop vieux ils ne fonctionnent pas toujours voir pas du tout et c'est vraiment dommage ! Un petit rafraîchissement avec de nouveaux achats et ce sera absolument parfait !

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Santo Thomas hotel in Menorca this October, and it was an unforgettable experience. Having visited this resort many times in the 1980s, we always admired this beautiful hotel but could only afford to stay at the Sol Hotel next door. This year, we were looking for a relaxing break and managed to book a room at the Santo Thomas hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist who gave us such a warm welcome. Despite booking late, the receptionist informed us of an available room upgrade, and we immediately said yes upon seeing it. The suite was spacious, but the best part was the stunning view. The food at the hotel was amazing, with plenty of choices for everyone. All the staff were friendly and did their utmost to look after all guests. The pool area was excellent, with plenty of beds and a lovely beach bar, even though we didn't spend much time there. Every area of the hotel was spotlessly clean. We can't recommend the Santo Thomas hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning next year, for a longer stay this time.

We went for a week and enjoyed every second. The hotel is situated at the edge of the beach and the view is splendid. The rooms were perfect. They were absolutely spotless and our hot tube in the balcony was an extra treat. The meals were perfect but could do with a bit more variation. Huge shout out to all the staff. The waiters and kitchen staff were brilliant. The reception staff were exceptional and nothing was ever to much. We really enjoyed and hope to return soon.
