Globales Lord Nelson

We had a fabulous week with the Globlas Chain Hotel. We had booked into the Lord Nelson Apartments, which are good, but 4 of our friends were booked into the Lord Nelson Hotel due to coming from different parts of the UK and different tour operators. Our hotels were next to each other, bar a few hundred yards. Having spoke to our reception at the Apartments, Maria, on reception made arrangements for us to use the LN hotel where we would be able to spend the day with our friends and have our meals with them. I would also like to thank the restaurant manager at the Lord Nelson Hotel, Cisco (Frank) El Jeffe. Every meal we went to Frank had it organised and we didn't have to worry about the situation, he always made us feel very welcomed, thank you Frank, your a star.

This was my 1st experience of an adults only hotel and I would highly recommend. The check in was smooth and well organised. We arrived about 12pm and we were surprised that our room was ready. The room it's self was more than big enough for the 2 of us. We read a lot of reviews saying the bathrooms were small but we didn't find this to be the case. The only issue that we did find is that the shower did not drain away quick enough so could flood the bathroom if not watched. There was a small balcony that the sun hit from approx 7.30am everyday. We ate at the restaurant everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was good and there was something different everyday for lunch and evening meal. The salad bar was fresh, a wide variety of fruit and desserts were available. There was always a meat, fish and veggie option and we didn't have the same thing in the 7 nights we were there. There was always something to eat so there is no way even the pickiest eaters would go hungry. There is also a snack bar round the pool but we didn't try this but we saw others eat from there and it looked lovely. The pool area is adequate for the hotel and the water was a lovely temperature. There is a Jacuzzi area as well which was a nice addition. What I will say is if you want a sunbed round the pool together I would recommend being down there for no later than 8.30am. The beach is literally 1 minute from the hotel and is absolutely gorgeous. Its not a private beach so it got quite busy and there were a lot of children. The sea is crystal clear and has lifeguards working the area. It is also accessible for wheelchairs which I was very impressed by. If you like to snorkel then this is the place for you. You can go quite far out before it gets deep so it's great if you are not water confident. There were a couple of days where the waves were quite big but we loved that as it always added a bit of fun playing in them. If you dont like topless bathing then this isn't the place for you. There was a 1 person animation team that did activities throughout the day. Yoga, French boules, darts, Archery, Aqua Gym just to name a few. Some of the night time entertainment could have been better but thats not what we go on holiday for. Cintia was amazing and she really made our holiday special, she was AMAZING !!!! The bar staff were lovely especially Juan, he was just a young lad but was so polite and a genuinely lovely guy. Nothing was ever to much for him. Some people complained around the drink choices with the All Inclusive but we didn't see any issues with it. If you ask for a large measure you will get a large measure . The hotel was probably one of the most cleanest hotels I have stopped in, every area was well maintained. All in all I would recommend this hotel to people who want a quiet break away. There is nothing really around the hotel so if you want lively then this isn't the place for you. Staff = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Juan = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) Cleanliness = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

Hotel con ottima porzione sul mare ,ma non qualificabile come 4 stelle ! Pulizia precaria , camera con spazzi ristretti , mangiare non sempre all altezza!
