El hotel está genial por el precio que tiene, la piscina/parque infantil todo un acierto y la comida mejor que otros hoteles de renombre

NEVER AGAIN ＞＞＞We've been staying at this Hotel for years and over the years recommending it to a lot of other people. But our last visit was nothing but trouble and problems, all caused by staff not knowing what they were doing, lying and being so aggressive and rude ... I think the hotel has been taken over by another hotel group, because the lovely family hotel it once way ... is no more.. We spent over £7000 to be lied too by reception staff, have the (Superior) pool veiw rooms with a separate child bedrooms that we had booked a year in advance, sold to someone who had just walked in off the street before we arrived. With us then being given the cheap rooms overlooking the restaurant roof and road at the back of the hotel... When I complained ... I was aggressively told by the female manager on duty ... "If I didn't like, to go and stay somewhere else!" Behaviour and rudeness like this has no place what so ever in the hospitality industry! It is holiday makers like my family that keep these staff in jobs and these hotel groups in profits .... When we reported to our Jet 2 rep what had gone on, she went to reception and was told a pack of lies by the staff! In the end she got us couple of double pool view rooms that had a single bed shoved in them, we never did get the rooms we had paid through the nose for ... You Don't need this on a family holiday, so stay away from this hotel and its lying staff!!!

Muy limpio; personal muy agradable y servicial; el buffet variado y elaborado, con sopas y guisos todos los días, gran variedad de ensaladas y arroces, carne y pescado a la plancha, variedad de frutas y otros postres. Habitaciones amplias. Por poner una pega es cuarto de baño con bañera, con diferencia de altura con el suelo de la habitación. Creo que hay habitaciones reformadas que llevan plato de ducha.

Situado en Es Cana, a unos 5 kms de Santa Eulalia. Viaje con IMSERSO, por lo cual, la valoración no puede ser igual a temporada de verano. Han hecho alguna reforma pero es antiguo, de los años 70. La gastronomía poco variada pero siendo buffet no importa. Había actividades de animación. En febrero, nuestra estancia, todo alrededor estaba cerrado. A un par de minutos hay un autobús que te lleva an Ibiza, ciudad, cada hora. A destacar la amabilidad de las camareras de piso y resto de personal.

Fuimos con el imserso. Hotel muy bien, limpio, buena comida. Muy buen trato por todo el personal. Animación con Sergio excelente. Cada día y noche, teníamos una animación muy divertida. El hotel, está muy bien situado cerca de la parada de autobuses que te lleva al pueblo Santa Eulalia del Río en diez minutos, también a Ibiza capital. Nos lo hemos pasado muy bien.

El mejor profesional de animación q hemos tenido en mucho tiempo Se llama Sergio su manera de atraer y tratar a los mayores es increíble. Ha sido una terapia inolvidable. Felicito a la dirección por haber captado a un gran profesional como él.
