El hotel está genial por el precio que tiene, la piscina/parque infantil todo un acierto y la comida mejor que otros hoteles de renombre

We stayed here in October last year on the recommendation of our daughters and grandchildren, the hotel is brilliant, decent room, great ai food and drink, great facilities, great staff, ideally located near town, bus station and lovely beach, it’s only a 3* star hotel but we have stayed in not as good 4* hotels, we were so impressed with the whole package that we have booked again for October this year. We paid £625 each for the week ai with Jet 2 but one night got speaking to a couple from Newcastle and they were on same deal with TUI and had only cost them £398 for the week, this year Jet 2 wanted £711 for the week, we have booked with TUI at £533 for the week

Estuvimos alojados del 29 de Marzo a 7 de Abril, buen hotel, limpieza y en todo en general bien. Nuestro agradecimiento a PILAR una gran profesional en la Recepción por su atención y colaboración con los huéspedes. En comedor todos perfectos, sobre todo a SUSANA por estar siempre pendiente de que las mesas estuvieran limpias y preparadas con una simpatía y profesionalidad que destaca. A MANOLO el coordinador del comedor que acompañaba a las mesas a los comensales con gran atención tanto profesional, como personal y mención especial para FERNANDO tanto en el comedor como en el bar, persona amable, gran profesional de la hostelería, simpatía y pendiente en todo momento de atender y ayudar a toda persona hospedada y por ultimo y no menos importante SERGIO animador que nos deleito con todos los juegos y bailes a diario. CHAPOOO PARA TODOS.

Excelente hotel, impecable y lo mejor la atención de todo el personal . Especial mención a Pilar de recepción por su atención y disponiilidad. El personal de comedor es atento y servicial,cosa de agradecer en los tiempos que corren. Volveremos

NEVER AGAIN ＞＞＞We've been staying at this Hotel for years and over the years recommending it to a lot of other people. But our last visit was nothing but trouble and problems, all caused by staff not knowing what they were doing, lying and being so aggressive and rude ... I think the hotel has been taken over by another hotel group, because the lovely family hotel it once way ... is no more.. We spent over £7000 to be lied too by reception staff, have the (Superior) pool veiw rooms with a separate child bedrooms that we had booked a year in advance, sold to someone who had just walked in off the street before we arrived. With us then being given the cheap rooms overlooking the restaurant roof and road at the back of the hotel... When I complained ... I was aggressively told by the female manager on duty ... "If I didn't like, to go and stay somewhere else!" Behaviour and rudeness like this has no place what so ever in the hospitality industry! It is holiday makers like my family that keep these staff in jobs and these hotel groups in profits .... When we reported to our Jet 2 rep what had gone on, she went to reception and was told a pack of lies by the staff! In the end she got us couple of double pool view rooms that had a single bed shoved in them, we never did get the rooms we had paid through the nose for ... You Don't need this on a family holiday, so stay away from this hotel and its lying staff!!!
