My experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing. Upon check-in, despite having booked a suite, I was given a deluxe room. It was only after returning to the reception and arguing the matter that I was finally given the suite I had reserved. Furthermore, the room lacked basic amenities such as soap and towels. When I requested these items, the staff member I spoke with became visibly frustrated. the negative reaction when these were requested, reflects a concerning lack of integrity and poor customer service. This was far from the experience I expected and certainly not how any guest should be treated."

Air conditioner was not working properly, no cooling. Will get better stays for that amount in that area

Worst experience...ac not properly serviced and thus very less working....hot 🥵....worst hospitality...one person has came to my room for an official discussion for 30 minutes and they charged 300 for entry...access is good... but overall total disappointed

Noisy room - both the air conditioner and the nearby highway was continuously making distracting and disturbing sounds. No hot water to take bath. But overall fekt it was value for money with the deal i was offered. Proximity to my office in info-park was a good attraction

The AÇ was not working, and maintenance work was going on, my rooms door doesn’t had a manual lock . The water bottle kept for drinking water is too old,

The room was very congested, not as shown in the picture. Toilet was fairly clean but room was not very well put up. Staff behaviour were also not very kind. Good for a quick freshup or nap only.
