This hotel is highly unsuitable for families or anyone seeking a secure and comfortable stay. The digital lock on the room door uses the same password for almost all rooms, with no option to change it, compromising security. Additionally, there is no way to lock the door from the inside, so anyone can enter the room at any time. To make matters worse, we encountered a large rat moving around the room when the lights were off, causing my wife to stay awake all night worrying about our belongings, including our food packets. Furthermore, the bathroom faucet has excessive water pressure, which caused our clothes to get soaked unexpectedly. Overall, this hotel does not provide a safe or family-friendly environment. I strongly advise against staying here, whether with family or friends.

Very small, unhygienic, stingy smell in bathrooms. Ac stopped working after one day. Again they changed room at mid night 1pm
