I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this hotel, and I strongly advise others to stay away. I checked in on the 15th at 2:00 PM, and from that moment until 6:00 PM, my room was filled with the relentless noise of loud construction directly above. The next morning, the hammering and drilling resumed again from 9:00 AM sharp. I called reception three times asking them to address the issue — they did absolutely nothing. When I requested to speak to the manager, they said they'd arrange a call back, which never happened. When I went down personally to ask why no one followed up, they casually said the manager was “on leave.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite my repeated complaints, I was not offered an alternate room away from the noise. Instead, a staff member at reception told me to "adjust" with the sound until 6:00 PM. That’s not hospitality — that’s neglect. What’s worse, my wife got her period and accidentally stained the bedsheet slightly. The hotel showed zero understanding or dignity — instead, they charged us a shocking ₹2947 as a “stain charge.” She was humiliated and deeply offended by the staff’s tone and handling of the situation. On top of all this, they failed to provide the Wi-Fi password even after multiple requests. And one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the promise of a pool facility — only to be told after check-in that the pool was "under maintenance." There was no mention of this on their website during booking, which is plain deception. From the unbearable noise, to the appalling customer service, lack of basic amenities, and insulting extra charges — this hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I am demanding a full refund for this disastrous stay. The experience was unacceptable on every level. Avoid this place at all costs.

Well maintained. I have been using the same hotel for the last 4 or 5 years. never disappointed. Missing the hard copy of the menu in the room though.

It's located in the heart of town, parking was seamless but no room service, totally disappointed. we had to carry luggage up and down. rooms were spacious. staffs were polite but took 15 mins for checkout in the name of checking the rooms. didn't feel good during checkout.

Great stay! The property's location was convenient, and the food was delicious. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience! 👍

The suite room was exceptional , worth every penny , the front desk guy messed up our room initially by giving us the wrong room first , later rectified it. The upper berth ( bar ) is good with a tinge of live music , really did its part. All the staffs were nice. Overall a very nice experience

Excellent rooms, spacious, very neat, the complimentary breakfast was delicious with wide variety of options.
