The overall food experience during our stay was very disappointing. On the check-in day, we were served lunch, which was acceptable. However, dinner included beef mapas, which was of very poor quality. The next morning, after having the buffet breakfast, I started feeling extremely tired and experienced abdominal pain, which led to a hospital visit. Later, when we returned to the restaurant and requested kanji, it was served with a foul smell and a bitter taste, clearly indicating it was spoiled. It’s concerning that the food quality is not being properly checked before serving. On the positive side, your staff's service was generally good, though at times they were overly persistent in asking about our experience, which felt unprofessional and reflected a lack of training. Given the high rates charged for the resort and food, the quality did not meet expectations at all.
