Good place, good staff. I wish the night lamppost wasn’t directly above the bed - i hit my head on it when i woke up in the night. But amenities are great. Greta views of cochin shipyard

Stay was good. Breakfast awesome and good quality. Have to concentrate in electrical works. Plug points are very loose to plug.

Poor planning from your end as we have to contact you for us to get the room in the hotel which we had already paid. Our guest had to wait for an hour in the lobby to check in and was panicked for a while as the check in was denied initially as the hotel staff had not received any booking details from your end. You might have muddled our last stay at coimbatore with this booking. I have received booking related to coimbatore which i never did. Assuming that you sent the booking details to wrong hotel at a totally different location. Forwarding the message received from your end after this. Because the issue was resolved even though it took some time, i have given 2 rating instead of 1. Since the guest was a regular customer to this hotel, they had accommodated albeit the rooms are fully booked at their end. Hope the feedback helps in mitigating the unprofessional approach from your end.

Very nyc experience I enjoyed alot in this hotel. Best days of my life which i spent in this hotel. Thanking you for giving me very special time of my life. I will never forget the days that i spent in this hotel. Environment around the hotel was very good

I was in Kochin recently (Dec 7th-8th) to attend a marriage at Grand Hyatt Kochin, Bolgatty . On finding good reviews here in this portal about The Mercy, MG Road, i spoke to the hotel people and booked a standard AC room for two ( self and wife ). My check in was very smooth, the ppl at the counter are very friendly, proactive and responsive and most importantly, they could communicate in multiple languages. They gave me a room on 3rd floor but i just requested is there any room in the 1st floor, and they immediately provided me a room in the 1st floor ! There is a beautiful restaurant in the 1st floor during the day, and an equally beautiful and open restaurant on the terrace at 6th floor for dinners at night ! Travel desk help is very commendable. The staff is very knowledgeable about their business and could help us on matters relating to local tourism etc. The property is centrally located within the city, with hardly 2 kms from Ernakulam South Railway station (ERS), and other market areas. Kochin itself is away from Kochin International Air Port by about 38 Kms. My stay at the hotel was very comfortable and memorable too, all because of the hospitality of the staff. I'll check in to this hotel for any of my needs in future ! My best wishes to the entire staff at the Hotel . PLN Sarma Chennai
