One of the best spots to get those views of the Rocky Mountains on the Coal Creek Trail down the street, while being close to everything you want to do. 5 minute drive to restaurants and bars, 7-minute drive to 18 holes of disc golf, and 5-minute bike ride to miles of single track and downhill.
All of this is located in a quiet, freshly renovated walkout basement apartment with a private patio and plenty of space to get comfortable.
Like a hotel suite, but with all the extra amenities including a full kitchen (with all the cooking utensils you need), full laundry, and space for 6 people.
