I am very happy in this hotel. Breakfast- dinner etc lots of good choices in open buffet. People are in reception such as Mr Mahmoud and Mr Khani so helpful. Also Mr DALSHAD as bellboy, he is doing much more than he should. Room is large and nice. I thank to this hotel management and the staff. In Arbil, this hotel will always be my priority.

Everything was fantastic, rich breakfast, friendly staff (especially Raman who facilitated my arrival) , room was super and super clean. Highly recommended. The internet wasn’t reliable, can’t confirm if it’s because the electricity or just the ISP.

I stayed in the hotel couple of days.Hotel was very comfortable and clean staff are very friendly especially Raman who is working for reception he was very helpful and make you feel like you are in your home.Thanks for team everybody and Raman. I will always come back to.

The best part about this hotel is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's safe, the rooms are beautiful. The breakfast and dinner provide lots of options - moreover, I'm a Coeliac and need to be on a gluten-free diet. The chefs really took care of me and went out of their way to make me fresh dishes.

I had best buffet dinner in this hotel. The quality of dishes were authentic and very delicious. Rooms in the hotel of reasonable size and clean. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and professional. Inspire of being in a busy district, the rooms are adequately isolated.

If was a family trip we enjoyed our stay, the only little detail is that the room was in the middle of the floor so it was without view, and although ventilation was fair, but still there was weird odor upon entering the room

Good evening. Very very lovely hotel in an excellent location. The hotel view are very impressive and i ever seen this kind of view. The hotel management are very good and thier service staff is nice very friendly staff, cooperative and helpful. The room available with very affordable price. Amazing food taste. ホテルを決める上で重視したセキュリティもしっかりしていて、安心した滞在を楽しめました。要塞などの最中心部や、流行りのレストランが集まり毎日が縁日のようなIskanストリートにも徒歩でアクセスできます（ただ、道路の横断には気をつけて！）スタッフもとても親切でフレンドリー（クルディスタン全般に言えることですが）、施設も充実。ルームサービスで頼んだミックスグリルは、本当に美味しかった！部屋も水回りを含め、快適でした。全体的にホームページの写真よりかは少しだけ古めに見えましたが、快適な滞在という意味では問題ありません。
