One of our favourite spots in all of Greece. Beautiful grounds, well appointed rooms, incredible food - the staff are amazing. Sonya remembers us from last visit and was very accommodating. It’s always very hard to leave the White Donkey.

Very Relaxing Hotel
Hotel has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Beautiful views and is very well maintained. Not walkable to the village for evening meals so taxi is needed. The hotel did arrange for us one evening but feel a regular evening service to the village would be a great addition. Hotel evening meal very good though !!.

Geweldig en niet alleen het uitzicht
Prachtige accommodatie met geweldig zwembad met een onovertroffen uitzicht .
Vriendelijke receptioniste georgia, maar ontbijt us te duur €15 in verhouding met een goed diner €20.
Jammer dat er kinderen zijn op deze zeer rustige locatie.
We hebben vernomen dat de policy ten op zichte van kinderen gaat veranderen. 18+ locatie zou beter zijn.

A gem in Greece
It’s the second time we stay in this wonderful hotel . The place is really quiet and peaceful , the rooms clean and spacious , the food really delicious made of typical Greek products . The staff and the owner is super helpful . We will definitely come again in the future . Highly recommended

Excellent établissement, un très bon accueil et un chef de cuisine qui prépare des mets de grande qualité et surtout avec des produits frais . Grande piscine infinity et avec possibilité de siroté des cocktails très bon . Nous revenons à cette établissement l’année prochaine avec nos enfants .

Amazing Villa with breathtaking views. A little bit of a hike to a remote area on a cliff but worth the effort. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Highly recommend for a quiet get away.

Dieses moderne und ruhige Hotel liegt etwas abseits etwa 1 km bergauf. Zwar bietet das Hotel dreimal am Tag ein Shuttle zu einer Beach Location, aber ein Auto ist schon hilfreich. Zumal sich die vom Hotel empfohlenen Tagesausflüge zur Westküste oder zu Methoni sehr lohnen. Die Zimmer sind gross, aber aus unserer Sichr auch unspektakulär. Der Infinity-Pool und die Frühstücksterrasse bieten einen wunderschönen Blick über Meer und Berge. Unsere Halbpension war gut und lecker. Der Wercome Drink war leider mickrig. Wir zahlten für 3 Nächte Halbpensin in der Nebesaison über 700€, das ist happig für den sonst eher günstigen Peloponnes.

From the moment we arrived we knew we were in for a special experience. Perched on a hillside with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, this boutique hotel beautifully blends luxury with relaxed Mediterranean charm. The panoramic views from the infinity pool & yoga deck, framed by olive trees and countryside, are simply unforgettable. Our room was enormous & very comfortable. A blend of modern design and traditional Greek touches, featuring natural stone accents and whitewashed walls. Most importantly the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a daily delight, offering a generous spread of local delicacies, fresh fruits, and homemade pastries. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant each night, where the chef masterfully presented fresh, flavorful dishes that you’d ordered from a choice of 4 earlier in the day to reduce waste. The hotel’s infinity pool, overlooking the sea, was a tranquil oasis. With plenty of sun loungers and a poolside bar, it never felt crowded. In short, The White Donkey Hotel vastly exceeded all expectations. With stunning views, heartfelt service, wonderful home made food and a serene atmosphere, I’d recommend a stay to anyone visiting this part of Greece. We will certainly return for a few lazy days of sunshine sat by the pool in future.
