Holiday Inn Express & Suites Enterprise

After driving 10 hours to get back toward home and trying to stay out of the path of a hurricane, we decided we needed to stop for the night. We made our reservation in the parking lot because we were unfamiliar with the area. The surrounding area was great. We were greeted by a most helpful staff that gave us a first floor room!!!! If you are looking for a palace, this is not your hotel. If you don’t mind that the wall is a little scratched and that the tape and bed might need a little repair but you are willing to trade that for a clean room, comfortable bed, and great shower, this is your place. Breakfast area in the morning was well organized, plentiful and clean. Cinnamon rolls were warm and delicious.

Very disappointing. This was our last night in a hotel after 9 nights on the road and staying in a hotel each night. We had 2 rooms at $200 each. One was nice and clean and the second room was terrible. It was the worse room of our stay. When entering the room there was a very strong odor of bleach. The bathroom floor looked as if it was dirty and the shower was fiberglass with stained areas and there was a hair in the shower. Not clean. The bath towel was frayed, the carpet was stained and not well vacuumed. It was the last double queen room available so we stayed. The manager deducted $100 but you couldn’t pay me to stay there again. I suggest that you check the room before accepting if you stay here.

Stayed one night with husband and kids. Room was average size, clean and bug free. My biggest must have is a clean room and the room was indeed clean. The thermometer in the room didn’t work, but there were controls on the unit that we used despite the sign saying not to use the controls. The front desk lady told us to ignore that sign and quickly the room cooled off to meet our desired temp. The Parking lot was well lit and safe. Check in was easy. The pool looked nice, though it was closed for the season when we stayed since we stayed in December. The workout room was small but adequate although the tvs in the workout room didn’t work. Beds were comfortable. Shower size was nice and big, but water pressure was less than desirable. Our room came with 2 towels. I went and asked for 4 more and was not given the amount I needed. How can a hotel not have a few extra towels. I believe they did have some but she didn’t want to give it to me to save on washing. Breakfast was lacking. There was cereal and whole milk. Very few breads and no hot food. Another hotel guest found staff and staff did go ahead and start making food. Apparently the normal food lady was off sick. I can understand that and they did come and get foods going. It was about 7:30am and breakfast goes 6-9 or something like that. Overall, I would stay here again because the place was clean and comfortable despite the few hiccups mentioned.

We stayed here for an overnight stay on our way to Panama City Beach. We actually didn't make a reservation in advance but had no issues getting a room at a good rate. This hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices and was pretty good. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We’ve stayed at these hotel for days across the country, this is our first terrible experience. My husband asked them to not use the card that’s on file and to use his travel card. She used the card on file anyway. He had to go back down there to sort it out and she told him he’d have to wait for the manager in the AM. Then we had to ask for sheets for the foLD out couch as there were none in the room (no biggie). The people last night were running and shouting down the hallway. Doors were slamming so loudly. The sheets were awful and scratchy. Hubs goes down stairs this morning to sort out the credit card thing and the manager tells hubs that the lady explained it to him last night. He told her no, the lady said he’d have to speak to a manager. She just said, oh. The WORST was the breakfast though. The tables were nasty and not wiped off. So woman with short gray hair put out some fresh cinnamon rollS, I grab a FRESH fork to get one and she promptly says YOU HAVE TO USE THE TONGS! I just walked away. The trash was overflowing there was hair on the food counters and hair in our biscuits. The food lady kept shutting the sliding door more and more and about ten minutes til they were supposed to stop serving breakfast she turned off the lights and stood in the pathway and people had to explain to her their reason for going in “I would like some more juice or I’d like some water.” It was ridiculous. Worst Holiday Inn IVe ever been to. Would never recommend any of our family and friends to stay there. Hair everywhere (even in our sinks in our room), rude staff, we would’ve been better off staying In our empty house with no mattresses on post. Now we wait to see if they still charged the wrong card.

Best check in Miss Tiffany is the best!!! Clean rooms great breakfast!!! Love the work out room. Coffe was great. The beds were very soft, location was very easy to get in and out of. A lot of restaurants in the area for dining.

This was my 2nd time coming this week and Tiffany at the front desk checked me in both visits. She was very nice and greeted me with prettiest smile. I enjoyed the small conversation. The breakfast was delish and the bed was very comfortable will be back again.

Exceptional!! Clean, safe, very comfortable, updated room with a dreamy bed. Breakfast by Judy was one of the best holiday inn breakfasts we have ever had...real eggs, yummy food all the way around...hot and fresh. Tiffany greeted us with a big smile at the front reception. Wow.

Tiffany at check in was most helpful and informative about hotel amenities. Nice hotel and breakfast as well as staff. Bed was comfortable, coffee available 24/7, close to many food choices, easy to find location.
