This place is big and they offer a variety of things. However the service is very mixed. To be honest we wanted to give them 3,5. It’s not possible and therefore we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Service: it really depended which who you were talking. Some were very friendly others didn’t care that much. Rooms: spacious and very happy with a private bathroom. Bed was comfortable. They only clean when you ask for it. It is not necessary to clean every day, however we stayed 5 days and we believe after 3 days you at least need to check for the towels and bins. Amenities: 1) when we were there so many times we didn’t had any power (electricity). We heard some discussions of the staff about this. A bit weird. 2) there is a pool. The water is freezing cold and chairs are a bit hard. Still very nice to relax. 3) their restaurant garden is very nice and romantic. Overall food is good. We were pushed to pay the bills even though we were informed that we could pay when checking out. That was a bit strange. 4) they offer tours and stuff. We did one, it was okay-ish. It was to the capital. We didn’t like the end because all of the sudden the tour was finished but no one told us at what time we were supposedly to be done. 5) drop off and pick up service from the airport is very affordable. 6) option for a late check out that was very nice as we had a late flight. 7) a small store. Location: closely to the airport. A bit away from Kampala but we didn’t mind it at all. It truly felt like an oasis inside the tiny resort. Price: we paid less than €60 per night including breakfast.

We really loved the whole safari trip. It was an amazing adventure, thanks to our wonderful tour organisator Linda! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised and we could really communicate with her. She made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was up to our expectations. The lodges we staid in were the budget option but are really comfortable and cosy for a camping experience. The food was not included, but for us it was the best option, so we could choose ourselves. Every activity was planned down to the last detail and we couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thanks to our tour guide and driver Patrick we could really enjoy every moment of the multiple safaris we did. He was well informed and could tell us about the safari wild life with such an enthusiasm! We loved his humor and we really enjoyed spending time with them. We were one big family! Thank you Viavia for the wonderful experience, we cannot wait to come back!

We loved the monkeys, the birds, the flowers, the sound of frogs at night and the hadada ibis in the morning - its a wildlife haven! Food was excellent, staff super friendly. The Swamp tour was exciting and exceptional for birds and we saw a Shoebill catch and eat a fish! The massage was AMAZING and really good value for money. Good live singer in the bar on Friday evening. Can't wait to come back!

Via Via Staff and personnel are so friendly and quick. Whatever they can do, they do and the place is very very nice. In the midst of all green, view to a little sidelake of Lake Victoria. Beautiful birds, good food and drinks. In any way most recommandable! We will come again! Thanks to all and regards!

The perfect place to stay after a long flight. Some of the best food on our trip! Great warm shower and comfy bed! The view from the resturant was beautiful and the birds and monkeys constantly entertained us. Would reccomend! The live music and art displayed throughout were a nice touch :)

We had a good stay while at this place, staff are very friendly , good food and great customer care. This place is a few minutes drive away from the airport with beautiful gardens. I highly recommend this pkace to travellers seeking a good hide out around Entebbe .
