Cosy, comfortable single-family house "Seestern direkt am See". On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, on the lake. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing 50 m2 (fenced). Bathing jetty bathing place. In the house: central heating system. Motor boat (on request). Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 4 km, shingle beach 5 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, lake Vierwaldstättersee 5 m. Cable car 5 km, ski lift 5 km, ski school 5 km, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Stanserhorn 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Klewenalp 5 km, Engelberg 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vierwaldstättersee. Ennetbürgen ship station 50m away. Shop Volg also open on Sundays. Motorboat: The Seestern holiday home has a boathouse. Exclusively for the holiday guests there is the possibility to rent the motor boat (2021) during the stay: Morningstar M 498 R for 5 people (driver's license category A), outboard motor: Suzuki DF 80 ATL, bathing platform, fully comprehensive insurance. Deposit CHF 500.00 (insurance deductible), excl. petrol. Guests without a boat license can book a half-day excursion. Please contact the host upon receipt of the travel documents.
