Nice clean rooms, stayed a week Price was really high because of area happenings I wish when they raise prices so high they would offer breakfast or some other option

My wife and I visited Enid to attend a funeral. My wife searched hotels in Enid and found this one. I think she done a excellent job. The staff was polite and the hotel was very clean. If we ever returned to Enid, we would definitely be staying here.

I like the full kitchen, including the full sized refrigerator where I could keep leftovers and ingredients for meals. It would have been helpful to have a few more dishes and some forks. I would also recommend dish soap, as I never used enough dishes to use the dishwasher.

We've stayed at this hotel before and loved the experience. So we booked it again this year. We had 3 adults and 4 kids in our party. So we booked 2 rooms, both of them were supposed to be Deluxe Double Room, 2 Queen Beds, Kitchen... However, when we got there the rooms weren't even on the same floor. And, one room was a King bed with a pull out couch (that was miserably uncomfortable). We went back and showed them our reservations and that we should have 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. They said they were sorry that they had another family that was supposed to leave extend their stay and so the room wasn't available. We asked for one of the '3 bed' rooms, they said they were completely booked up. We didn't know what else to do so we stayed and my husband asked for at least a partial refund because we basically got the short end of the stick. We bought and paid for rooms that we did not receive (we had the confirmation receipts). The lady said she would ask her manager... but, I'm sure you can guess... we never received a refund. The whole thing was a huge inconvenience on my family and party. So needless to say when we are in the area next year, this will probably be the last place we choose to stay.
