I stayed with my family in March 2025. There was a problem with our room and there were no other rooms available, so we had to check out early and fly back to the US. The GM Fabio Giorgi promised me a refund of 420,000 Hilton points on March 10. He shook my hand and looked me in the eye and said that he couldn't do it but his office manager, Sherma Henry, could do it when she returned from vacation. I've made 13 phone calls and sent over 20 emails to try and get my points back, but Sherma/Fabio have not made it right. They say they can't issue a refund and Hilton has to do it. Hilton says the hotel has to do it. I've even done 3 phone calls with Hilton Guest Assistance and the hotel on a 3-way call and it is still not resolved.
