Relax and enjoy our perfect, centrally located house just 5 miles south of Downtown Denver! You can be a short ride away from Downtown Life or a peaceful Mountain View! Just 15 min from Empower Stadium & Coors field! Jason’s Park located directly behind the house. 5 minutes from the cute entertainment of Downtown Littleton! Right next to Broadway which provides dozens of restaurants and bars to explore. An easy 15 minute drive to the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. Less than 1.5 hours from historic Colorado towns and resorts such as Estes Park, Idaho Springs, and Winter Park! Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig, Microwave & Stove, Pots & Pans, Spices, etc. Master Bedroom: Queen bed & attached bathroom with shower & tub. 2nd bedroom with twin day bed & full bed. The hosts live in a secondary unit in the basement that has separate entry/exit. You shouldn’t hear or see us during your stay. The rooms were clean and as described. Kitchen was nice sized for the space and the entire space was comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood that was easy to get around. Close to grocery and other stores. We will stay there again when traveling to Englewood.

The only thing that was disappointing was there was a coffee pot but no coffee. Description did not say we had to provide our own.

The host was wonderful. Great communication and the house was perfect for our trip to visit my son. It didn’t seem the house was cleaned before we came but I know I have high standards. Overall good.

The house was just what we needed. It even had all of those little things that are often forgotten. It is less than a block from a great park and easy access to attractions in Denver.

We had a wonderful stay. We had great communication with our host for our time in your super cute home which was greatly appreciated. We had our hair done at the place prior to our wedding which was a blast. Thank you again for everything!

Greas base for our Denver vacation. Close to everything. Loved the house, just right for our family of 4. Kids loved the beds and separate bathrooms were nice for privacy. Very clean and owner very responsive to any request. Would stay again.

One of the best we’ve ever had on our travels. The rental was FULLY stocked, the shower delightfully warm and the beds cozy. We loved that the location was so convenient to everything.
