Premier Inn London Southgate

We received a warm welcome and slept well as the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a nice relaxed vibe in the restaurant. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and were always very friendly and professional.

The staff where very friendly and helpful. The hotel is general , and our room was clean and warm. Everything we needed was provided. Right next to southgate underground station. Nice restaurants and shops local to the hotel, overall very pleased with our stay

We are having such a nice week-long stay at the Southgate Premier Inn. The staff are friendly and helpful, our room is tidied each day, and the breakfasts are excellent value. It is so convenient being a 3 minute walk to the tube, and the car park is secure and safe. The family room is cozy for the 4 of us, but by London standards a decent size. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable and easy!

Where Is The Hotel? That was my question when arriving from Southgate underground station. Although I do not speak Ukranian, Russian, Indian, Greek, Turkish, Albanian or whatever language the locals were talking. I did manage to go back into the station and asked the ticket collector who pointed the way. No signs? Why. After walking down a driveway that looked it belonged to the Regus office. I came across the hotel. Time 14:39 I was informed that if I payed £15 I could check in early?? Along with another couple we waited untill 15.00 to get checked in. WOW as if that made any difference to us. The hotel looked tired, the furniture was stained, it did not have a friendly atmosphere, the room although adequate did NOT have hot water for the sink? How is one supposed to shave. The best part I have to say was the bed and pillows. I have stayed in many hotels in the UK throughout all major cities, this one will not be on my return list. There is another hotel around the corner. Southgate Hotel we are booked in there next week.

Reasonable cost, on average, although Saturday night was a little steep! Good location, car parking available, hotel reasonably clean and quiet, comfortable stay overall. Breakfast pretty good quality bottomless, buffet style, price reasonable. Staff friendly if required, although unobtrusive if not!

This is a clean, safe, reasonably priced go-to hotel for my family and I whenever we come to London and need to stay overnight. The Piccadilly line gets into central London within an hour. The staff are approachable and professional. Nearby cafes and restaurants are convenient and of good quality. We have had breakfast here many times and children have breakfast for free. We have been here many times and will continue to do so. We would recommend this hotel!
