Clean and welcoming staff

Kathleen House The room was very clean, but the bed that is most important for a travelers was very smelly and the sweaty smell was camouflaged by VERY STRONG cheap potpourri spray. It was so overpowering that it took ages to get to sleep, as pillows and the all bed was sprayed with it. The person with an allergies or asthma would not be able to stay there for a horrendous smell. The towels did not appear to be fresh at all. The instruction for the check in was easy to follow, It was a quiet room. Ample supplied for breakfast. Just a big issue with a bed, smell and the towels.

It’s clean and quiet

Hard to access property initially as another guest had locked the door from the inside. Property owner came to the property promptly to assist . Would suggest that they change the type of lock that is used on the main door to avoid this happening again in the future. Towels covered in stains and smelled of damp, there was also someone’s old pair of tights left in the wardrobe. Yuck. Room served its purpose for one night and was a convenient location for where we were going. I would not stay for any longer period and for anyone else booking, I would suggest taking your own towel if you want to feel clean.

Un sitio ideal para quedarse en pareja. Nos tocó una pequeña habitación estudio que tiene baño propio. Enseres de cocina microondas, tostadora, tetera, una mini nevera y toda la vajilla para calentar cualquier comida. Además te dejan un detalle de cafés, tes e incluso unos bollitos, barritas de cereales y rebanadas de pan en la nevera. La estación de tren está a unos 5 minutos andando para ir hacia Londres ciudad, tarda unos 35 minutos, Muchos sitios de restauración e incluso un supermercado cerca. Sin ninguna duda nol volveríamos a quedar en el sitio.

A very different bed and breakfast experience. No staff present at the accommodation, all directions given by text message. You are given the code for a key safe in the front porch to obtain a key to the front door. You are then given a code for the combination lock on your individual bedroom door [one of four in the house]. My cousin joined us for 2 of our 4 nights, in the adjacent room, as she was helping us to clear the rubbish from my stepfather's house, prior to his funeral. There was an en-suite which was compact but clean, including an electric shower, but the washbasin was very tiny. The original house bathroom and toilet are still off the landing for anyone wishing to take a bath. There is crockery and cutlery for two people together with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is milk and fruit juices in the fridge, together with bread [wrapped in cling film] for breakfast (only basic white bread was provided]. The TV worked well and the bed was comfortable, we were not troubled by any traffic noise from the main road outside despite our room being the upstairs front bay. Our main gripe was that there was only one bedside table so we had to use the tray table, which had all the tea and cereal for breakfast on it, as a second bedside table, to accommodate a night time drink of water etc. There was ample parking for 4 cars in the back garden accessed by a rear alleyway off a side road. This parking was fully paved and covered by a PIR security light. The property is only a stone's throw from Enfield Town Centre with all its links into London if required.
