The High Flyer

這個酒店的工作人員是非常非常熱情的，其實也在政的中心，我記得衹有六個房間，上樓梯時感覺不太好，也是沒有電梯，但是特別帥的那個帥哥會把你的行李幫你提上去，我住的是六號房間，感覺還是在小鎮，非常愜意的，這個小鎮有種世外桃源的感覺

My first experience was the late carvery lunch which was not very good but I thought that the food had been to long on display, and it was overcooked and dry. However I had the full English breakfast the next morning and it also was overcooked, perhaps the chef was suffering from a hangover and left the poached eggs to long so that they were hard and the mushroom was very black instead of being brown also the has browns and as for the bacon this was nuked beyond dry, while the sourdough bread tasted like wet Mothers Pride white single slice cut in half and called two slices for the sake of the menu. I stopped eating at the hotel. The service in the restaurant was desultory at best and poor perhaps they had been on duty to long. The room was comfortable but serviced only occasionally. The location was reasonably close to the main tourist sights and restaurants/bars which I used for my stay in Ely.

As a single female found it very safe staff all very friendly Lack of shelf in shower Safe not working Door catch loose and difficult to lock Bathroom floor corners need a bleach

Lovely stay in central Ely . Easy going fab and will happily return when visiting friends .

Strange. A busy modern pub, with a focus on food. Initial greeting was nice and friendly . Arranged for a time to have breakfast . In the morning the pub was in darkness , except for the kitchen. The chef was friendly and cooked a reasonable breakfast. There was no one else around so i went round to the bar area and made a cup of tea. The only other person we saw was a cleaner. Just get the feeling the overnight stays are a new edition and there isn't a system in place to deal with it.
