Mostly good great location beautiful roof pool and sky bar the staff in sky bar were lovely great cocktails. Service from Jet 2 staff not good we were disappointed with room size very small with small balcony however the room was modern clean good shower had hanging wardrobe but no drawers so had to leave non hanging clothes in case. We asked for twin beds as 2 friends travelling together bed side cabinets fixed to wall either side of bed so beds couldn’t be separated so felt like a double bed. Breakfast was a disappointment we ate our breakfast elsewhere 3/6 days. If u travelling with Jet 2 standard double and twin rooms are v small we were unable to upgrade- the hotel is in a lovely location with lots of nice bars and restaurants near by.

The hotel staff made this holiday one of our best experiences. From the sky bar down to the ground staff and cleaners. Nothing was to much for them with smiles and politeness all-round. We stayed in room 413 / 415 garden view ( not) olive grove with next doors neighbour crap. But apart from that, a little gem in Crete.

Great hotel & fab location. Very clean & tidy, we tried a few days around the pool area, but preferred the beach 200mtrs up the rd. This cost 10 euros for 2 beds & a brolly. Rock shoes advised as very rocky. Hotel breakfast was really nice & always fresh & not too busy. We were in room 106 which had a terrible view, but we ain't ones for sitting on the balcony so didn't complain as the room had everything we needed. Definitely return again.

We stayed here again as last year was amazing. It’s bed and breakfast and the breakfasts are excellent. A lot of choice, fruit, cereal, toast, cheese and ham, cakes which are delicious and always something hot like omelettes or bacon. Lots of savoury and sweet pastries. The rooms are lovely and spacious, superior rooms have a much bigger balcony. There is a restaurant in site which is nice and roof top cocktail bar is superb. Spiros the bar tender is such a pro. He makes the best cocktails and is so helpful, he runs the bar so well and is chatty and friendly.

When we arrived we were shown tp our room which was like a broom cupboard with no view from yhe balcony, but how lucky the had a better room they could.offer us at an additional €40 per night, very convenient. The hotel was spotlessly clean, there was plenty of choice for breakfast, and the staff were all very friendly. It has its own small beach with a limited d number of beds, we're early risers so getting a bed wasn't a problem. Some people are still reserving beds but overall, it's not much of an issue. It's a 10 minute stroll into the harbour area with lots of choice for restaurants. The head waiter has a habit of charging €7.50 for a glass of wine while the other waiters only charge €5. He was also quite disinterested when taking you food/drink order and was more concerned at waving at passing people/motorists to get them to come into the bar/restaurant rather than making those in their feel welcome. Sky bar was nice place to start the evening, lots of drink choices and at decent prices Overall, it was a great hotel in a great location and would visit again.

We initially thought our sea-view room was pleasant but on the smaller side. However, after being given access to another room on our last day to freshen up before departure, we realised just how fortunate we had been. Housekeeping was excellent, and the hotel was spotless throughout our stay. The private beach is quite small. While sunbeds are complimentary for guests, it’s nearly impossible to secure one unless you're up at the crack of dawn. The rooftop pool, though very enjoyable, had a similar issue—with limited sunbeds and parasols, getting a spot required arriving early. Despite signage requesting guests not to reserve loungers with towels, many still did, and staff didn’t enforce the rule. Breakfast was good, offering a varied self-service selection. It was served in a clean and hygienic area within the hotel. Evening meals were served at the Blue Sea restaurant, just across the road. It’s a charming spot set on a small pier extending into the sea. Unfortunately, for half-board guests, many menu items came with a supplementary charge. While the food was of good quality, the attitude of the head waiter left something to be desired. He appeared dismissive, seemingly because we weren’t spending beyond the half-board arrangement. Prime seating and warm hospitality were clearly reserved for à la carte diners, which felt unfair—especially considering we had prepaid for seven nights of meals not just one. We were so upset with his attitude, that we paid to eat elsewhere on the last day. The rooftop bar, on the other hand, was a highlight—offering stunning views, a relaxed atmosphere, and fantastic staff, both day and night.
