一樓家庭套房在大院子外面，面對一個大橄欖樹園子，比較鄉村，沒有洗衣機。早餐可以不定，幾分鐘溜達出去可以吃。

First of all I would like to thank Anna & her team who made me and my family so welcome . This was my first time in Crete & we was there for a friend 's wedding but this hotel & the staff has made want to return asap. The room we had was quite large & had everything you would need and more - the fresh fruit and wine was so nice of you to have in the room as we arrived . The two ladies who look after the house keeping are amazing and everything is spotless . The breakfast is cooked fresh every day & you have a wide choice of hot and cold & all cooked by Maria's mummy who did try to teach me greek . Breakfast is served by Angela and once again nothing is a problem . If you want snacks or afternoon drink another star Maria is on hand & always has a smile and all the snacks are once again cooked fresh by Maria's mum For my business I have to travel all over Europe & the middle east & I find if you have great staff you are half way to having a great hotel - this place has the lot greta hotel Great staff Once again thank to all @ EGS for looking after my family

My family have been coming to the Elounda Garden Suites since it opened 10 years ago. It is perfectly located just a short walk from the centre of Elounda but it somehow feels so calm and peaceful - especially in the evening. The rooms are simple but spotless and comfortable. A special shout out to Anna and her team who are all brilliant at what they do and make us feel so at home. I love it here and hope to keep coming back for many more years to come!

This hotel was an absolute hidden gem! The pool was lovely, comfy sun beds (wish there were a few more!) and spacious rooms. The cocktails and food were delicious. The hotel staff went above and beyond and were very friendly, with special mention to Maria (I believe this was her name, apologies if I am wrong) who was so accommodating and lovely to my friends and I. The hotel is a short walk from a beach and a lovely row of shops and restaurants with beautiful views.

A top-notch stay all round, absolutely loved it. We were welcomed with warmth having arrived on a late-evening flight, and after a speedy check-in were shown to our room (suite). If all the rooms are like the one that we stayed in then it's an amazing place. A separate lounge (with a main balcony and a rear balcony with drying rack) and a spacious bedroom (with another decent sized balcony overlooking the pool area), each room having independent air con units. There are traditional shutters at the doors and windows which really help to keep the rooms cool during the day. The bathroom had a lovely shower and was well maintained and spotlessly clean. In fact, it is really worth making a point of how clean, tidy and well maintained the whole place is. Although the pool and bar areas look compact, it was never overly busy and there seemed to always be a sunbed or two (I can't recall seeing any "reserved" sunbeds with unattended towels). This may be in part to the provision of towels for around the pool, and also that the staff are nearby, but it was appreciated. Also, the pool area was never noisy or rowdy, and there was an air of tranquility about the place. The gardens had a seating area under the trees, which were decked with citrus fruits. The little extras were also appreciated. A bottle of rather nice white local wine in the fridge (which was set to a good cold temperature), coffee pods (re-stocked) for the Nespresso machine, botanical shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, pegs for the drying line (the breezy days were quite welcome at the end of August). And did I mention that there were two aircon units! All the staff were brilliant, but a special mention for the housekeeper who always seemed to come as soon as we went out for the morning, and the room was totally spotless and so neat and tidy.

We want to thank you for a wonderful stay at this hotel!! The staff have been excellent especially Maria who couldn’t do enough for us all. We will definitely be back here! The rooms are lovely very clean and tidy, the pool was very nice with excellent comfy beds to relax in! I am replying particularly to Louise s, Taunton, in relation to the sunbed issue. We felt the same. People coming down and getting pool towels 8ish, placing on beds, and then going out. Some staff would retrieve in half an hr, but this wasn’t consistent, so some staff would leave them. Also some would put towels in sun and shade. It’s a small pool, and not enough sunbeds for this selfish behaviour. Also, no diving or jumping in. This was ignored by some. This is our second time in these apartments. I felt let down by the pool politics, and would think twice before booking a shared pool again. That’s quite sad as it’s a fabulous place with amazing staff, who can’t do enough for you. Selfish people have let the apartments down.

We recently stayed at this amazing place and loved every minute, the staff are so lovely and in particular faidoure~ (hope i spelt that correctly) he is fabulous , always happy, so helpful and we miss him. The apartments were spotless, we had wine, water, fruit as a welcome pack, as we were celebrating two birthdays, a bottle of fizz too, just perfect. The tv even had mainstream english channels, which we didn't watch, but great touch. So central to the main town, car parking spaces which was great, as we hired a car for a few days, a lovely chill out area with egg chairs, its a really fabulous place. So I feel bad, for picking out a couple of negatives, one of which is the pool area, there's not a huge amount of beds and they are set out in pairs with parasols, apart from 4 without. There was a large wedding party, who took up most of the area, not an issue, lovely people, but later in the week, two families of 3 took up 10 beds, some in the shade and some in the sun, they kept moving from one area to the other thru out the day, leaving their towels on all 10 beds, as a party of 3 that left little or no beds for anyone else, so we spent only 3 days out of the 14 by the pool. There are a stack of sunbeds to one side, but they aren't in the shade and equally block access to the pool if you put them out, we were told on arrival, pool opens at 10am, but people had put towels on beds from 8am, on our last day we weren't leaving until 6 in the evening and hoped for a pool day, we put some towels down at 10am went to sort out lockers for our cases, when we got back our towels had been moved, so ended up spending half our day in the restaurant area, before we got picked up. The other negative is the price of the breakfast, 18 euros each and altho a bit of choice, not worth the cost, if you waited an hour after breakfast was finished you could still get an omelette, for less than half the price, we ended up eating in town, 20 euros for all 3 of us, so much cheaper. Finally, ordering drinks around the pool is so convenient, same as food, but when you get the final bill at the end of your stay, you then have to pay tax on it. These aren't big negatives, we absolutely loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate in coming back, its a little gem, and these are only minor niggles.

We had a wonderful time here with family and friends as part of a wedding party, Anna and her team from day one were super friendly and helpful - the rooms are spacious clean and well equipped- the pool area is lovely and big enough for the size of hotel - the location is great - breakfast is excellent - a small very friendly hotel - we have stopped at bigger 5 star hotels in the area but will definitely be returning here great value and lovely facilities and team
