Comfort Suites Columbia Gateway

The room was very clean, and larger then most hotel rooms, The staff was very helpful about the area. They did offer Breakfast, and there where a lot people in the lobby eating breakfast. The pool was very refreshing and peaceful I will stay again

Check in process was fast and easy after our 3 hr long trip so that was very convenient ; the staff were very friendly , and not to mention a variety of items for breakfast compared to other hotels we have been in . & we loved the room , the beds were like sleeping in clouds tbh ! Definitely booking again here on our next trip

My check-in was wonderful. The staff is so very nice. My room was larger than expected very clean and breakfast was wonderful. I definitely will stay again. I was here visiting my family, and everyone was so impressed and how nice the hotel was

was looking for a hotel that was close to my brothers home, found this one through *******, and in reading the reviews, they were mixed. It checked all my boxes, but many people were very dissatisfied for one reason or another. I took a chance and I’m glad I did, upon arrival the gentleman behind the desk was very friendly and accommodating. Our room looked smelled very clean. Bed was super comfy. My teenage Granddaughter said she slept like a baby . Pool was clean and refreshing and breakfast was perfect. The price was very fair. They do require a deposit, mainly to keep people from smoking in their rooms. I get that. I am a smoker myself, but I cannot stand the smell. I smoke outside myself when I am at home. While I was here, I smoked in my van. (brought my own ashtray ) I noticed some people complained about the location, but for me, I found it perfect. It was quiet and secluded behind a nice neighborhood on a dead-end road. I felt comfortable going out to my van by myself when I didn’t feel the need for a cigarette. Now that I know where this is, I will definitely be coming back..

Incredible hotel, Brand new so everything was exceptionally clean and up to date. The lay-out of the hotel and furniture was very nice, more so than your typical Choice Hotels. I'm a Choice Hotel Member so I mainly stay at Choice Hotels, and this hotel was one of the best Choice Hotels I've ever stayed at. Rooms are big, with a separate living room. Breakfast buffet was awesome, they had so many different things, even eggs, which I like. No complaints at all, this hotel made my stay. Will come back if ever in the area again.

One room smelled like smoke, another had poor water pressure, and there was a screaming match outside the front door at 5am. Not a great experience. The rooms were clean, but this hotel is overpriced and I would not recommend it when there are other options.

From the time I checked in to my room with the extra large, sweet and sitting room I enjoyed my stay very comfortable, relaxing home away from home then I went down for breakfast. Very refreshing. They had everything I needed even the fitness center was very nice with the new equipment, I definitely will be back

Had an anniversary weekend. Local, clean and spacious jacuzzi suite, except for the skunk **** odor in the lobby and incredibly small bathroom/shower area, we have no complaints. We missed the breakfast buffet but it smelled good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
