Conveniently located just 30 min from downtown Chicago,15 min from O'Hare airport, 5 min from Woodfield mall, 8 min from soon-to be home of the Chicago Bears, all major interstates, shopping, one of a kind dining and much more. Please note: The home is only allowing up to 28 days stays.About pets:Pets allowed: limit 3 total.Pet fee is per pet/ pet stay by approval.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Exceeding the registered number of guests is prohibited. This property was perfect for me and my family. The home was clean with convenient supplies and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard area. The neighborhood was quiet. The location is near food and entertainment. The communication with Gergana was timely and excellent. We will use this location again for future travels in the Illinois area. Great Tournament Stay
We had a lacrosse tournament in Elgin, and this was a great location for that, as well as having some fun when tournament days were done. The house was well-equipped, clean, and roomy. The host provided clear information and was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Girls and Grandkid getaway
This house was so perfect in every way we could’ve wanted! Affordable, bedroom for each mom and kid, great communication with owner, quiet and cute neighborhood, and close to everywhere we wanted to go! The home was so simple in all the things and yet exactly everything we could’ve asked for. They even added their own touches with complimentary soda and water in the fridge! We would definitely pick this place if we make our way here again!

Super clean house
I recently rented a house in Chicago for a five‐night business trip, and the property exceeded all my expectations. The coffee machine, accompanied by an abundance of coffee pots, greatly enhanced my daily routine. Additionally, the refrigerator was generously stocked with water and cola, a gesture that conveyed heartfelt hospitality.As a Japanese traveler with discerning standards, I can confidently attest that this rental offered an outstanding blend of practicality and comfort. Cozy Rental in Quiet Neighborhood
Well-stocked kitchen, towels and cleaning supplies. Hostess seemed to go the extra mile to help us feel welcomed with water, soda, coffee options and candy. Just slight confusion and panic on our part when they had our arrival date not until the next day, but it was remedied and all was well.
