Hampton Inn & Suites Elk City

Very disappointing Hampton. Staff so so No rooms on lower floors yet reserved with a pet. Had to stay on 4th floor. Pet friendly and rate reasonable Food could be better but breakfast was free as always. Pet friendly. Not clean hotel and hallways very hot Room hot and took hours to cool off. Wouldn’t stop here again yet it did keep us out of having to go to a big city. O Reilly auto supply great for oil or car advise. Restaurants close at 9p even on a Friday nite.

We have been staying at Hilton's for 20-25 years , and have stayed at this hotel many time . Never again . The room was just down right dirty . Food court looked not clean as well . Talked to front desk all they had to say was we are getting ready to remodel . NOT your normal Hilton Hotel

Very nice one night stay. Front desk Kindra was friendly & upgraded us, thank you! We love Hilton brands & loyalty (HHonors Diamond) is rewarded & appreciated. Very comfy bed, spotlessly clean room. Breakfast with the usual fare & well managed by Maggie. Exceptionally good salsa!! Homemade? We were able to watch July 4 fireworks from our 4th floor room. Restaurants within walking distance. Easy on & off I40. We’d stay again & highly recommend.

We had a nice room and the bed was great. Microwave worked well. Large bathroom and shower. Strange that the hot and cold water were reversed. Breakfast was ok with pretend eggs like every other hotel, toast and juice. Also had some cereal. Nothing else that stands out.

Well whI te do I begin? I’m thinking of becoming a Marriot Bonvoy member and leaving Hilton once and for all. Let’s see: Dark, outdated rooms No hot water - complained last night and he tells me to leave the water running, which I did for 20 mins & still no hot water. Guess I don’t get a shower this morning The bathroom (tub / toilet) is disgusting Can’t use the in room coffee pot, looks like it was last cleaned / used in the 80s Bed / pillows - just no!! Not comfortable The only bright point to my stay is I can walk to a nearby restaurant.

Zimmer und Bad sind ruhig großzügig und sauber. Guter Wasserdruck in Dusche. Hier ist Haare waschen möglich. AC arbeitet gut und effektiv. Parkplatz kostenlos am Haus. Das Frühstücksbüffet wird von der freundlichen und herzlichen Frau Helen betreut. Sie hält Tische und Boden sauber, sorgt für gute Auswahl und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Glückwunsch zu dieser Mitarbeiterin.

Hampton Inn @ Elk City told us today that they are double-booking rooms - (so it's first come, first serve). When you arrive, you may not get the room you reserved. We have stayed at this location before & it was fine. This double-booking policy is unacceptable!

We were on a family vacation to New Mexico and this was our stop for one night. Friendly staff, although the breakfast area was dirty and food area was not prepared. The manager stated that the staff was new. Beds were not as comfortable as most Hampton Inns.

We chose this hotel because they accepted dogs. If you’re driving through for an overnight stay it’s a good place. There are all the necessary services near by. Our room was on the top floor so it was nice and quiet, the room was dark and out dated. The bathroom was small, vanity lights were not bright enough. The toilet paper holder was loose and wobbly. The bed was fair. Good open areas to walk dogs at night and stay close to front lobby area. Overall experience was fair.
