Høy standard Et nydelig sted med høy standard. God mat, service og vennlig personale. Fin beliggenhet og gode bademuligheter, både i havet og bassenget. Et sted som inneholder alt du trenger, eneste negative er at bassenget stenger 18.30. Anbefales!

Very nice but not 5 star Family holiday. Booked the suite with private pool. Condition of hotel a little tired in parts. We had half board and the food was very mediocre. Beds were hard. They seem unable to provide bespoke hotel services (minibar stocking as a challenge, room service cost €10 per person even though breakfast was included in our stay) as this is largely an all inclusive property. It’s a little out of town and taxis are occasionally difficult to book so the hotel should provide better shuttle services. Gym is pretty inadequate and they still have a 4 person maximum capacity. Why? Pool area is great and Konstantinos at the pool bar excellent. This is a 3+ star hotel at most in my view.

Me and my girlfriend came here in September 2024. To summarise this hotel is decent, but isn’t a 5 star, in my opinion. Straight to the points - The good: • The rooms were clean. We had a sea view jacuzzi room, which was always kept clean, up to date with toiletries and towels and was all round a pleasant place to spend the night. • Despite being a hilly hotel with lots of steps, we had a hire car and could park at our room. • The location is excellent, lovely sea view away from the busy town of Skala. • We had a car, but they have a shuttle into Skala. • The spa - we had a massage here, and it was excellent. 15% discount for guests. • The pool area is nice and well kept. It’s in a great location by the sea and very relaxing. The bad: • Don’t be fooled, there is a lot of steps and hills on this resort. Not ideal for some. • The food is very very average, we didn’t go all inclusive, but those that did that we spoke to, weren’t impressed. • The staff - not the best staff i have encountered in terms of smiles and friendliness. • Pool seating, you have to be there when the pool opens to get seats. I would assume even more so in peak time. All in all, i would come back here, it was decent for what we paid at that time of year. Self catering. Though i have stayed in better places in Greece.

Staff were amazing at this hotel, nothing a bother! We had a Deluxe Swim up room which was ideal for my mam as on the flat. Great hotel, nice food selection, superb views!

Stunning location, with amazing views looking at mainland Greece across the sea. The sunrises in the morning were magical. No sunsets as that happens behind the mountain at back of hotel. All staff were very nice & help full. Lenny was the entertainment team doing all sorts of things, dart, water pool, DJ etc. Food was fine, plenty of selection, but we did eat out in Skala a few evenings to ring the changes. We booked with TUI and for the price we paid it was very good value. It’s not the Ritz but very good value. If you want better be prepared to pay more The shuttle bus is helpful to get to and from Skala, we also walked into both Skala and Poros and got the courtesy bus back. The timings of the bus are a little odd, especially the one to Poros as if only gives you an hour to looks around the loverly little Greek town, there aresome nice restaurants the overlooking the see, good pretty walk to Poros fairly flat. Also, no evening bus, but local taxis are 8 euro each way and there always a few about. For a week we did not need a car as there is plenty to see in the Skala area by foot, bus, taxi etc The Wi-Fi was excellent worked inside and outside the hotel. Decent Tennis court. Take a snorkel. Well worth doing and safe, sea warm & calm in October. We feed the small fish who hang around the little dock. We were in room 402, a standard room in a god position, pool below us and restaurant upstairs behind us. There is tea & coffee making facilities in the room and a decent small fridge. What they could improve on is better information on what’s happing each day and what the food will be on the evening. Guest newsletter, menu outside restaurant etc. Also, the pools bar food was nice but not available at lunch time. They need to look at cutting down on plastic. Water was in a plastic bottles and all the plastic cups around the pool are single use. It is steep, lots of stairs, so if you’re not very mobile it is not for you. Also did not see much for young children plus the steepness of the resort may be dangerous for toddlers. My only moan is its not as billed, a true 5 star, if it was you pay a lot more. As it classed as 5 star you pay more Tourist tax. Enjoyed our stay and Kefalonia is such a pretty Island.

Just arrived home after a 7 night stay here. A stunning resort, exceptionally clean and the staff are so friendly. The entertainer Lenny is an absolute credit to the hotel and despite it being the end of the season he made sure we all had the best time (which we did!!) TUI rated this hotel a 4 star and it is actually 5 star rated which is not surprising. Only thing I will say is you pay an environmental tax when leaving which we were unaware of. This hotel is the perfect place for total relaxation as it is set on the side of the mountains overlooking the gorgeous sea! There is just a lot of steps and not much around but If you are there for a chill like us then it will unfaze you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
