Ohtels la Hacienda

Disappointed with this holiday Rude staff Canteen is basic not much selection.. Only allowed certain drinks for all inclusive were not told where anything was, No inflatables allowed in the pool they hate the brits got treated so differently from the Spanish.. A school trip was there while the teachers were downstairs they were causing trouble upstairs up to 1am manager was called but she did nothing ..WASTE OF MONEY AND VERY UPSET I EVEN CONSIDERED THIS HOTEL!! My bday was completely ruined

I stayed in the hotel with my daughter and also my sister with her family. The hotel is in a great location. Positive: Previously we asked the hotel to give the two room close as possible to each other. They arranged it and we stayed next to each other which was very good. We stayed on the top floor looking to the poolside. Spacious balcony. The room was good size with big beds. Bathroom was nice with strong water pressure in shower. Shower gel, shampoo been provided. Rooms were cleaned as we asked for it with our sign on doorknob. The hotel had great swimming pools with slides. The food was good, different choices and variety for those who likes fish, meat or being vegetarian. We did enjoy our meals at the evenings. Thank you for most help of Barbara at main reception. Vanessa and Mercedes at restaurant reception and Pol who's speaking English and was happily looking after us while we were there. Negative: No kettle in rooms, needed to go down to reception where you can have one with €20 deposit. Definitely 3 star hotel if kettle isn't provided in package holiday. Also you'll need to carry your plastic hotel everywhere around the hotel otherwise you can't get a drink, unless you buy something in a bottle. The staff gives you the feeling that they're truly focused on Spanish tourists. Hardly found someone who speaks English. Because of language difficulties some staff wasn't even helpful and just said "No English" and gone without helping us. Our bathroom was smelling sewage most mornings which you could smell at the entrance too throughout the day. No bin in rooms and WiFi is very weak mostly used our mobile data. This hotel could be a good place to stay for tourists but it's need to improve a bit. If the business is built on tourism then a basic English knowledge would be great. Also provide bins in rooms because it's very unhygienic to not to do.

Hemos pasado una semana inolvidable, todo a la perfección, y dar un 10, a Carlos que está a cargo del grupo de animación, no hay palabras para describirlo. jjjjjjjjjjjj ( un cran . tío), Deciros que el año que viene, tendre que repetir, tengo esa asignatura pendiente. Gracias a todo el personal que hace que este hotel funcione a las mil maravillas. Un saludo
